Far West Battlefront have had tracks featured in renowned UK magazines Terrorizer and Metal Hammer, while also receiving consistent airplay on triple J's Full Metal Racket. This coverage has lead to support slots with Haste The Day (USA) The Acacia Strain (USA) and The Red Shore.

Eskimo Joe

Eskimo Joe is alt-rock band from Fremantle, Western Australia comprising Kavyen Temperley (bass/vocals), Joel Quartermain (guitar/drums) and Stuart MacLeod (guitar)
The group initally formed to compete in the National Campus Band Competition in 1997. Temperley and Quartermain were already in a band at the time, Freud's Pillow, but had met with little success and asked Temperley's childhood friend MacLeod to form a new band, which became Eskimo Joe. The band ended up winning the competition prize: a slot at the 1997 Livid Festival and a session in a studio to record their first EP, Sweater.

Hailing from Adelaide, Australia, Shotpointblank formed in late 1999 and play a hard, fast and aggressive brand of hardcore fusing traditional ‘core with elements of metal, hints of melody, and crunching dance parts and breakdowns. Lyrically the band is not afraid to speak their mind retaining the heartfelt honesty that the hardcore scene has built itself up on, finding a common ground between the individual beliefs of the various members which range from straightedge to veganism, and use it to confront issues that face us all as individuals and as society as a whole.

Fading Hour

Fading Hour is emerging as one of the most promising young bands to hit the Australian music scene. Their sound is dynamic, distinct and lucid, showing influences by everyone from Incubus, Tool, Dredg and Porcupine Tree to likes of Chevelle, Disturbed and The Deftones. Their music is an amalgamation of genres which can best be described as progressive melodic and heavy rock. The Melbourne four piece originally formed back in 2005, when guitarist Peter and drummer Shannon teamed up with Michael on vocals and Jono on bass.

Alpine

Alpine are a six-piece indie-rock band from Melbourne, Australia. National radio station Triple J played their demos on air and awarded them the ‘JJJ Un-Earthed Feature Artist Of The Week’ blue ribbon before they even had time to prepare their first live show. The band signed to Ivy League Records in August 2010, and released a single, 'Heartlove' a month later. Their first record, an EP titled 'Zurich', is set to be released in November 2010.
