T'Pau was a late-1980s rock group led by singer Carol Decker. They had a string of Top 40 hits in the UK, and several hits in the United States and Europe. T'Pau formed in 1986. The members originated from the towns of Shrewsbury and Wellington in central England and took their name from a Vulcan high priestess in the classic Star Trek episode Amok Time. Their debut single and first hit was the 1987 release Heart and Soul. Initially a flop in the UK, it first became a hit in the U.S. Billboard charts, reaching #4, a feat it repeated in the UK Singles Chart some months later.

Court Yard Hounds are an adult alternative and AAA music duo, currently comprised of Martie Maguire and Emily Robison, with Robison on lead vocals. The members are sisters and are also founding members of Dixie Chicks. Dixie Chicks are currently on hiatus. Breanne Düren (born Breanne Elizabeth Durenberger on October 8, 1987) is an American singer from Burnsville, Minnesota. She is best known for being a part of Adam Young's music project Swimming With Dolphins, and for her work with Owl City. She can be heard on the songs "The Saltwater Room", "On The Wing" and "Air Traffic" by Owl City. She is also featured on the songs "Summer" and "Take Me Home Tonight" by Jamestown Story. Breanne Düren released a self-titled full-length album in 2008. Her upcoming EP entitled "Sparks" is coming out on May 3rd and is available for pre-sale on her website.

There are, at least, two bands named Katzenjammer: 1) A folk group from Oslo, Norway. Mixing a variety of musical styles with multi-instrumentalism, the band consists of Anne Marit Bergheim, Solveig Heilo, Marianne Sveen and Turid Jørgensen. Most of their material is written by their friend Mats Rybø; however, the band also contribute songs written by themselves.
