Matt Joe Gow

Matt Joe Gow grew up in Dunedin, New Zealand. A town on the south east coast famous for its independent music scene. Dunedin is sited on land which gives visual evidence of the natural forces and ravaging elements which formed and shaped it. Land and the elements, a common theme in country music and a firm platform for Joe Gow's heartfelt lyrical approach. He began piano lessons at an early age and continued through to his teens where piano gave way to guitar.

The Broderick

The Broderick are a Hardcore band out of Melbourne, Australia. Their debut E.P 'Illusion Over Despair' was released back in 2007 on Washed Up Records and was rated among the best hardcore releases of '07 by the listeners of SHORT. FAST. LOUD on Triple J. Adamus Exul

Forming in 2008, Adamus Exul have since performed alongside many of Australia's best extreme metal acts, as well as supporting New Zealand's Anno Domini Mortus and the legendary Destroyer 666 as they have toured down under. Following a self-released five track EP, Adamus Exul are set to unleash their first full-length monstrosity, entitled 'Death, Paint a Vision' in the later part of 2010. Decoder Ring was formed in 2001, in Sydney, Australia. Original line-up consisted of Matt Fitzgerald ( keyboards, guitar) Geoff Towner (bass, El Mopa), Pete Kelly (guitar, Sea Life Park), Kenny Davis Jr (keyboards, piano, The Jackson Code, The Blackeyed Susans) & Thomas Schutzinger (drums). Original line-up recorded the EP "Spooky Action at a Distance" (2002) and album "Decoder Ring" (2002). Geoff Towner departed in 2003 and was replaced by Ben Ely (Regurgitator).

The Bushwackers

The Bushwackers (aka The Bushwackers Band & originally, The Original Bushwackers and Bullockies Bush Band), is a folk / country band, or 'bush band', which began at La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia (1971), with Dave Isom (guitars), Jan 'Yarn' Wositzky (tea-chest bass) & Bert Kahanoff (mendoza). The founding three were joined by various players, including accordionist Mick Slocum, and fiddlers Tony Hunt and Dave Kidd, until 1974 when the band went full-time, and Kahanoff was replaced by largerphone player, Dobe Newton.

When the mother of guitarist Alister Wright banned him from playing Counter Strike and signed him up for the local musical to make some friends, Mamma Wright claimed she only did what any mother would have done. It was, however, an act of exemplary parenting that would be applauded in child-rearing manuals for years to come. From his back row position in the chorus of Pirates of Penzance, Alister could see that the production team was having issues with the shaggy-haired lighting man Ulrich Lenffer, whose need to hit things rhythmically made him useless at following the directors cues.

Battletruk

Battletruk are four mates who defy trends and play hardcore that they grew up on. Straight up no bullshit punk influenced short fast nasty songs to mosh to.
