Fort

Based in Byron Bay, on the east coast of Australia, Fort has been around since early 2000. With five releases under their studded belt and a history of rocking venues throughout the country, Fort has toured with the likes of Clutch, FuManchu, Nebula, Brant Bjork and the Bro's, the Datsuns and the Black Keys to name a few. Band "taking hiatus" as of Jan.17 2010...may never be back. 3 of them have formed new band with new singer, it is called OX, in the studio now doing 2 demo songs for their myspace page.

Kyuss

For 2011 touring line-up, see <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Kyuss+Lives!" class="bbcode_artist">Kyuss Lives!</a>. Kyuss (pronounced /ˈkaɪ.əs/ KYE-əs) is the corner stone of what is known as <a href="http://www.last.fm/tag/stoner%20rock" class="bbcode_tag" rel="tag">stoner rock</a> or <a href="http://www.last.fm/tag/desert%20rock" class="bbcode_tag" rel="tag">desert rock</a>. Although deriving influence from 70s <a href="http://www.last.fm/tag/hard%20rock" class="bbcode_tag" rel="tag">hard rock</a>, Kyuss churned out a unique sound. This was primarily because guitarist <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Josh+Homme" class="bbcode_artist">Josh Homme</a> often tuned to a low C, a major third below standard pitch, but also singer <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/John+Garcia" class="bbcode_artist">John Garcia</a>'s paint stripping vocals. The band was originally formed in 1989 in Palm Desert, California under the name "Sons of Kyuss". They took the name from a monster in Dungeons and Dragons.

Don Fernando

By taking the low end guitar heavy elements of stoner rock and merging it with a keen ear for a catchy hook Don Fernando are showing that heavy music can be combined with a pop sensibility to create something unique and exciting, the music is heavy, the guitars are about as loud as you could possibly imagine and their gigs will leave you planted firmly on your arse while humming their melodies and lamenting lost love.

Creeping

Creeping is a Stoner/Black Metal band from New Zealand. Featuring members of Stoner outfit The House of Capricorn, Creeping play black metal infused with wicked groove and rock elements similar to bands like Craft and Darkthrone meets Kyuss + a lot of drugs! Lyrical themes involve grimness and darkness. 2007 they released their debut album on Australian label Asphyxiate Recordings titled "Funeral Crawl". MEMBERS:

Electric Mary

Electric Mary (formed after Rusty's encounter with Studio Manager Mary Campbell and a visit to Jimi Hendrix's Electric Lady Studios) are a five piece rock band hailing out of Melbourne, Australia. Fronted by the smokey vocals of Rusty Brown, other members are: Irwin Thomas, Pete Robinson, Alex Raunjak and Venom on drums. Often described as classic rock, Electric Mary cites inspirations from a number of bands and musicians from Deep Purple to David Bowie their sound encompassing a combination of rich guitar riffs, bass and drums.

We are the loudest and greatest band in the history, of the history of the world. We rock so hard it sometimes kills unicorns. HOTEL WRECKING CITY TRADERS Ben - one drumkit
Toby - one guitar Hotel Wrecking City Traders (HWCT) have been dislodging earwax, busting strings and sticks and blowing minds since 2007. HWCT are an instrumental noise rock duo with a heavy focus on improvisation and a love of loud volume and the psychedelic. The Atomic Bitchwax

New Jersey's Chris Kosnik, Finn Ryan, and Bob Pantella first started plotting their musical careers back in the mid 90s influenced by 70s rock and progressive groups ranging from Black Sabbath to Parliament Funkadelic. Simultaneously all three members where already playing for major labels in separate bands: Godspeed (Atlantic), Monster Magnet (A&M) and Core (Atlantic). The Atomic Bitchwax slowly evolved for 15 years as a players band with the enduring vision to "play what you want".
