Originally a side project for Cannibal Corpse vocalist Chris Barnes and former Obituary guitarist Allen West, Six Feet Under eventually became a full-time proposition when friction between Barnes and his other bandmates became too much to bear.
Hailing from Campbelltown, Resist The Thought is a 5-piece metalcore/death metal band. With influences ranging from All Shall Perish and As Blood Runs Black to Parkway Drive and August Burns Red, Resist The Thought are continually striving to make the band all that it can be. The band was formed in Adelaide, Australia in 1996.The band is made up of Esh on vocals and drums (Stargazer, Misery's Omen), Alim (Mournful Congregation, Stargazer, Misery's Omen) on guitar, and Ishum on bass guitar. Cauldron Black Ram's sound has often been described as a fusion of old school death metal, with elements of doom, sludge and black metal. The band has also expressed a significant influence from USBM act Grand Belial's Key.

Since forming in 2007 from the ashes of other metal bands Isolar and Leechseed, House of Thumbs has become a fixture of the Melbourne metal scene. The band combines death and thrash metal techniques and vocals with the polyrhythmic patterns and discordant melodies associated with technical death metal, math metal and experimental metal. 2008 saw House of Thumbs release its debut EP, "Strangle Fiction" to some acclaim and on the back of this they toured throughout regional Victoria.

One of Australia’s up and rising premier metal bands MYTILE VEY LORTH originally formed in late 1999, experimenting in the Doom / Black realm for several years. The band had a full line up which also included keyboards and female vocals. In 2002 they released a self titled EP. Since then the evolution of MYTILE VEY LORTH has progressed into an extreme Blackened Death metal creation, assaulting and obliterating Australian audiences.
