DevilDriver

DevilDriver is a metal band from California, United States that formed in 2002. The group was started by Dez Fafara, formerly of the band Coal Chamber, as a result of frustrations stemming from the more mainstream direction his former band mates were attempting to take their music. After the demise of Coal Chamber, DevilDriver became his main focus. Their debut album, the self-titled "DevilDriver", was released on October 23, 2003 under Roadrunner Records.

Meshuggah

Meshuggah, whose name is taken from the Hebrew and Yiddish word for “crazy”, is a five-piece band from Umeå, Sweden, founded in 1987. The band's style is most easily described as extreme/technical metal with some jazz influence. They use extended polymetric passages, complex drum patterns, angular, dissonant guitar riffs, and harsh vocals. Their lineup has always been consistent, apart from bass which has been handled by many people since the band’s inception.

Thy Art Is Murder

Thy Art Is Murder is a five-piece deathcore band hailing from New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. They have a 2005 self released demo titled This Hole isn't Deep Enough and a 2008 EP released under Skull And Bones Records titled Infinite Death. In July of 2010, they released their debut full-length album The Adversary in Australia and to iTunes.
Thy Art is Murder is categorized by their extreme sound, so heavy it is on the border of grindcore and technical deathcore. Their sound is centered around their exceedingly fast drum beats and a tag-team of down tuned guitars.

Sadistic Intent is a Death Metal horde hailing from Los Angeles, CA which was formed in the Fall of 1987. Taking influence by the original Death/Black Metal groups such as <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Slayer" class="bbcode_artist">Slayer</a>, <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Possessed" class="bbcode_artist">Possessed</a>, <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Dark+Angel" class="bbcode_artist">Dark Angel</a>, <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Destruction" class="bbcode_artist">Destruction</a>, <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Venom" class="bbcode_artist">Venom</a>, <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Sodom" class="bbcode_artist">Sodom</a>, <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Celtic+Frost" class="bbcode_artist">Celtic Frost</a> and so forth. Alice Through The Windshield Glass

Formed in late 2007, Sydney's Alice Through The Windshield Glass ruthlessly fuse tech-death metal and hardcore, creating a menacing brand of modern death metal. Comprising of their 5 original members, the band have developed a predominantly deathcore sound with a writing style not commonly seen in Australia. Grant Eidintas and Adrian Sahid's guitar riffage have an evident European flair, accompanied by unrelentless waves of blast beats and double kick rhythms by Tim Cetin.

Psycroptic

Psycroptic is a technical death metal band from Hobart, Australia. The band is currently signed to Nuclear Blast and has so far released four full length albums. They formed in 1999 by brothers Dave (drums) and Joe (guitar) Haley who had previously been involved in a band called Disseminate. That group had recorded a demo in 1998 before disbanding. Shortly afterward, the Haleys created Psycroptic with Cameron Grant on bass and vocalist Matthew Chalk, who soon after became a drummer with established local death metal act M.
