A State of Flux

A State of Flux is a band determined to push the boundaries of modern alternative rock. Their musical style is original, intense, progressive & brooding, falling somewhere in the vast musical landscape between bands such as Massive Attack, Nine Inch Nails, Kate Bush & Tool. A State of Flux was born in 2004 in Melbourne, Australia when vocalist Roni Shewan put her vocal ideas onto a series of songs written by producer Red Black.

Sleep Parade are a band from Melbourne, Victoria that formed in 2004. With the release of 'Things Can Always Change' Sleep Parade have evolved into a heavyweight contender on the Australian prog-rock scene. A Flawless, world-class album".
Nick Snelling Beat Melbourne three-piece Sleep Parade's debut album Things Can Always Change was released in April 2008 through Shock Records. The bands plans include spending the rest of this year and through till the end of summer touring the album and playing to crowds Australia wide.

Jethro Tull

Ian Anderson's flute may be the defining factor in Jethro Tull's music, but it's only one element in a band that's been around since the late 60s. Originally a blues-based rock band with a few dollops of British folk in their sound, they evolved into one of the most popular progressive rock bands of the 70s. Jethro Tull formed in Blackpool, Lancashire, England in 1967. Their music is marked by the quirky vocal style and unique lead flute work of frontman Ian Anderson and by unusual and often complex song construction.

Dali's Angels

Dali's Angels are a young band from the east coast of Australia. They have been together for over three years. The lineup is Luke Costelloe guitar and lead vocals Fletcher Charlton drums and vocals Nick Lee lead guitar and Taylor Molnar bass and vocals. When the Dali's Angels originally formed they were inspired by groups like. The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, Blur, Radiohead, Talking Heads and their mutual love of tight, narrative / riff driven pop still continues to this day in their own work. Three years on they have aquired their own sound and a unique voice.

SoulTremor

SoulTremor originated in early-2007 as an unnamed, unknown idea brewing in the mind of guitarist / vocalist Matt Graham, who wished to form a metal band with its roots in old-school thrash music, but with a technical and progressive edge that was uncommon in the live scene. He found a kinship in lead guitarist Rohan Macdonald, and together they started honing and crafting the music style that ran deep within them.

Rully Shabara is a frontman and vocalist of Zoo, a math-rock/experimental band based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. In Zoo’s latest trilogy album he develop the music direction with traditional music approach by using javanesse language and traditional instrument but still in the vein of punk music. Meanwhile, Wukir Suryadi devoted his life into traditional music even in his teen he also listening to rock and heavy metal (musical genre that very popular in Indonesia back in the ’80s). He is best known when he create his own instrument named Bambuwukir by himself.

Special Guest

Special Guest is Providence College's only all-male a cappella group. Since its inception in 1996, the group has been performing on the PC campus, around Providence, and around New England for anyone willing to listen. The boys of Special Guest are notorious on Providence's campus for breaking hearts, making knees weak, and being really, really, ridiculously good looking in the black and tan. Their traditional annual performances include Fall, Christmas, and Spring concerts;
