Brutus

There are at least three bands called Brutus: - 1, a butterfingered, groovy and psychedelic hard rock from Norway After countless evenings and nights in front of, and around, the bar counter. After long, fiery discussions about the first Sabbath-album, endless arguments over what the best work of Hendrix is, and how everything just sounded so much better before - these guys felt the time was right to take matters into their own hands.

Bane of isildur

Hailing from the burning southern lands of Australia comes Bane of Isildur, furiously brandishing their own brand of Triumphant War Metal. Taking their name from the subject of so many glorious battles in J.R.R Tolkiens master piece, Bane of Isildur has moved from strength to strength with a sold out debut EP, a demo out in 2009 and full-length album due for release in 2010. Uniquely, Bane of Isildur's performance remains technical and melodic while remaining full of a fury rarely seen in today's age of heavy metal.

Mytile Vey Lorth

One of Australia’s up and rising premier metal bands MYTILE VEY LORTH originally formed in late 1999, experimenting in the Doom / Black realm for several years. The band had a full line up which also included keyboards and female vocals. In 2002 they released a self titled EP. Since then the evolution of MYTILE VEY LORTH has progressed into an extreme Blackened Death metal creation, assaulting and obliterating Australian audiences.

DevilDriver

DevilDriver is a metal band from California, United States that formed in 2002. The group was started by Dez Fafara, formerly of the band Coal Chamber, as a result of frustrations stemming from the more mainstream direction his former band mates were attempting to take their music. After the demise of Coal Chamber, DevilDriver became his main focus. Their debut album, the self-titled "DevilDriver", was released on October 23, 2003 under Roadrunner Records.

BAND HISTORY “Abortus” (Now Known as HERRATIK) started out in mid 1998 & introduced a new brand of Death/Thrash Metal into the Sydney Metal Scene. From mid 98 to Early 99, the band recorded some Demo’s, went through line up changes, & then in Early 99 “Abortus” was ready to play live, with a tight & secure line-up. Throughout early 1999 the band built up a strong following & the fans were demanding an official release. So in mid 1999 “Abortus recorded their Debut CD “Judge Me Not”, & released it in August 1999.

Fear Factory

Fear Factory is an American industrial/groove metal band. The band formed in 1989 and have released seven full-length albums and a number of singles and remixes. Over the course of their career they have evolved from a succession of styles, as well as steadily pioneered a combination of the styles death metal, groove metal, thrash metal and industrial metal. The resultant sound proved to be enormously influential on the metal scene from the mid-90s and onwards.

Daemon Foetal Harvest

DAEMON FOETAL HARVEST was conceived in early 2006, by the two founding members, guitarists, Alex and Keith. Heavily influenced by old and new school death metal, Daemon Foetal harvest is a blend of viciously twisted rhythms, subtle melodic overtones and intricate lead work. The band then underwent a series of lineup changes, until cementing the current line up of Rod on bass, Craig (BATTALION) on vocals, Daniel “KINGSLAYER” (SECRATAIN, PESTILENTIAL SHADOWS, THE FUROR) on drums, and Alex and Keith on guitars.

All That Remains

All That Remains is a Massachusetts, United States-based metalcore band. Originally established in 1998, the group is currently signed to Prosthetic Records. Vocalist Philip Labonte was previously singer for the metal band Shadows Fall before he was replaced by Brian Fair. The band's debut album, Behind Silence and Solitude, was released in March 2002, prompting DigitalMetal.com to hail the group as "one of the premier metalcore acts this side of the Atlantic.

Victim

There are at least five bands with this name. 1. Victim is a hardcore band out of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
They formed in 2002 but their final show was held in 2008. 2. Victim was a punk band formed in 1977 in Belfast, Ireland that later relocated to Manchester, England in 1979. They disbanded in 1986.
("Victim" is not the same band as "The Victims", which was a punk band from Western Australia active from 1977-79.)
