The latest signee to Ajax’ record label, Sweat it Out, Dcup has already drawn comparisons with Treasure Fingers, Miami Horror, and Shazam, from influential names in the industry. He’s funk fuelled disco for right now. Signed in May, this year, he’s the seventh artist to join the cutting edge roster of Sweat it Out members. Others include Gameboy/Gamegirl, Act Yo Age, KillaQueenz, Yoland Be Cool, and Pablo Calamari.

Jerkstore

Jerkstore were formed in 95 under the moniker Delhi Download. The initial line-up consisted of Stefan (drums) and Keld (vocals) along with a guitarist (Leif Mygind) and a bass player (Kasper Molin). They recorded a demotape and shortly after threw Molin out of the band.
In the autumn of '95 Leif convinced Lars (bass) to join. In the Spring of '96 the band recorded another demotape and a demo-cd followed in the fall. '97 saw a lot of changes.

Against the Tide

An awesome melodic rock band whose songs are just as likely to get stuck in your head as they are to melt your face, AGAINST THE TIDE was formed in the summer of 2009 by bassist Mike "Mazz" Mazzeo, lead guitarist Dave Madura and drummer Kevin Reviello. After adding rhythm guitarist Mike "Skatz" Scasserra, the group sought out to find a singer. Within a short matter of time, they came across singer/songwriter Lauren Ashley Grygo.

In 2007, 2008 and through to February 2009, Dan England's national tour saw him play a record number of live shows... Reaching all states and territories of OZ, including sold out large auditoriums to intimate acoustic shows… The Dan England “A year on the Road tour,” ironically lasted 15 months because of its success. Dan England’s self-titled, independent debut single was used as a part of the 2007 RAAF promotions campaign. Hitting number five on the Itunes charts. Early 2007 Dan toured with Chris Murphy (fourth place getter in 2006 Australian Idol) locally in SE Queensland.

Australian Chamber Orchestra

The Australian Chamber Orchestra was founded in 1975 in Sydney. Every year, this ensemble presents performances of the highest standard to audiences around the world, including 10,000 subscribers across Australia. The ACO’s unique artistic style encompasses not only the masterworks of the classical repertoire, but innovative cross-artform projects and a vigorous commissioning program. The outstanding Australian musician Richard Tognetti was appointed as Artistic Director and Lead Violin in 1990.

The White Electric formed in 2008 and consists of Lachlan Scott (Electronic Discharge) and Sally Whiteman.
With their powers combined, The White Electric intends to stomp out some genre breaking Acid-Electro-Hip-Hop-Rock tracks.
The White Electric are currently in the studio cranking hard towards to complete their set of all original tunes to begin performing live in early 2009.With the ability to cut tracks faster than an emos forearm, stay tuned for much more music to come!
