2005-present The Paper Scissors have gone from party band du jour, off the back of We Don’t Walk and Yamanote Line from their 2007 debut Less Talk More Paper Scissors, to now being one of the solid forces in Australian music. The Sydney based lads built a snowball from their live shows and high rotation radio play on Triple J and community radio, as well as a leg up from high profile spots on TV ads and major network shows. They toured relentlessly, with headline spots of their own and major festivals such as Falls, Playground Weekender and Southbound.

Les Savy Fav is an indie rock band which formed in Providence, Rhode Island, United States in 1995, where the members were attending the Rhode Island School of Design. The band moved to Brooklyn, New York shortly after graduating. Los Lobos is a mexican-american rock band from East Los Angeles, heavily influenced by rock and roll, tex-mex, country music, folk, blues, and traditional spanish / mexican music such as boleros and norteños. Formed in the late 1970's, band members Dave Hidalgo, Cesar Rojas, Steve Berlin, Louie Pérez and Conrad Lozano became the bellwether for Mexican-American music in the U.S. when they recorded the music for "La Bamba" in 1987, which added popular acclaim to the critical praise they had received for their 1984 album "How Will the Wolf Survive?".

Warrant is a German speed metal band that formed in 1983 in Düsseldorf. The band's original line-up was Jörg Juraschek (vocals and bass), Thomas Klein (guitar) and Lothar Wieners (drums). Oliver May (guitar) followed shortly afterwards. In early 1985, Warrant released the EP First Strike and the LP The Enforcer. They went on tour with Warlock later that year. The band soon split up, with Juraschek and May going on to form Punchline and Wieners forming Monroxe.

James Blunt (born James Hillier Blount, 22 February 1974) is an English singer/songwriter whose debut album, Back to Bedlam, and single releases — especially the number one hit "You're Beautiful" — brought him to fame in 2005. He was born in Tidworth, Wiltshire, United Kingdom. His style is a mix of pop, rock and folk. Along with vocals, Blunt plays a wide variety of instruments including the piano, guitar, organ, marimba, and mellotron.
Blunt was educated at Elstree School, Woolhampton, then Harrow School (where he received his nickname 'Blunty'), and finally the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Before the release of his album, Blunt was a commissioned officer in the British Army, rose to the rank of Captain and served as a NATO peacekeeper in Kosovo. He was also on duty for the funeral of the Queen Mother on 9th April, 2002.
He is currently signed to Linda Perry's American label Custard, and became the first British artist to top the American singles chart in nearly a decade when his first single from Back to Bedlam, "You're Beautiful", reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2006. The last British artist to do so had been Elton John in 1997 with the song Candle in the Wind.
His second album, All The Lost Souls, was released on 17th September 2007.
His third album, Some Kind of Trouble, was released on 8th November 2010.
