Marina Lambrini Diamandis (Greek: Μαρίνα-Λαμπρινή Διαμάντη, pronounced /diːəˈmændi/ dee-a-man-dee, born 10 October 1985 in Abergavenny, Wales, United Kingdom), better known by her stage name Marina and the Diamonds, is a Welsh singer of Greek descent. Despite the name, Marina is a solo act, with the "Diamonds" being what she refers to as her fans. Marina released her first single, (a double A-side single 'Obsessions / Mowgli's Road') through Neon Gold Records on Valentines Day, 2009, closely followed by "The Crown Jewels EP" in June 2009.

Henryk Mikołaj Górecki (born December 6, 1933 in Czernica, Silesia, Poland. Died 12 November 2010 in Katowice, Poland) was a Polish composer of classical music. Though his earlier work in the late 1950s and 1960s were characterised by a dissonant modernism influenced by Nono, Stockhausen and contemporaries Penderecki and Serocki, he moved in the mid 1970's towards a 'pure' sacred minimalist sound encapsulated by the 1976 Symphony No. 3.

Tomasz has had strong connections to Finland in particular since the early 1970s when he was part of Edward Vesala’s creative circle. Now he welcomes two prodigiously gifted Finns into his group, pianist Alexi Tuomarila and drummer Olavi Louhviuori, both expressive and imaginative players.
