Stolen Youth

Stolen Youth is best described as a 5 piece fast, hard Punk band reigning from Adelaide, South Australia. Stolen Youth formed in the year 2000, and didn't play until the first show in 2001. Since then Stolen Youth have been playing shows non-stop and has managed to build a reputation in the music scene locally and Australia wide. As a band there is one thing Stolen Youth has always focused on and that's the "DIY" ethic.

Authority Zero

Authority Zero is a punk rock band from Mesa, Arizona. The band has punk rock and reggae influences, with Bad Religion, Pennywise, and Sublime as heavy influences for the band. There is also an obvious spanish/portuguese influence in the band's music. The band's latest album, entitled 12:34 was released on January 30, 2007. The track "Courage" has been released as a single. The band recently toured with Rehab on the "Lack of Luxury" 2007 tour. This album is the final one featuring Jeremy Wood on bass, leaving in November 2006 due to personal differences within the band.

Axemen

The Axemen is a New Zealand band formed around 1981 in protest against the South African Springbok rugby team tour of New Zealand, a tour which created great controversy, especially as was in contradiction to New Zealand’s obligations under the Gleneagles Agreement. The Axemen played in Chch Cathedral 1981 in response to the Springbok tour. They also played at the protests for homosexual law reform in 1983, with member Little Stevie McCabe being severely beaten up in the Cathedral Square, Christchurch, toilets.

Day of Contempt

Day of Contempt were a metalcore band from Adelaide, South Australia. Formed in 1997, they became an integral part of the burgeoning Adelaide underground hardcore scene before gaining widespread recognition and respect on a national scale. After releasing two cassette demos and a pair of EPs (Where Shadows Lie and See Through the Lies), as well as undertaking countless tours across Australia, USA, Europe and Japan, Day of Contempt relocated in mid-2004 to the Los Angeles/Orange County area. Signing with Epitaph, the band released one further EP, 2005's The Will to Live.

Mindset was formed in 1994 in Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA. Early influences included Helmet, King's X and Rage Against The Machine among many others. The bands sound was a striped down mix of tight rhythms, low tuned guitars, grinding bass and aggressive yet melodic vocals.

There are at least three bands called The Drones: 1. an Australian rock band of the 2000s
2. a British punk band of the late 70s
3. a British contemporary string quartet 1) The Drones are Gareth Liddiard (vocals, guitar), Fiona Kitschin (bass), Dan Luscombe (guitar) and Mike Noga (drums). The group are based in Melbourne Australia and rose to prominence during the early 2000's. GWAR is a satirical thrash metal/punk band formed in 1985-1986 by a group of artists and musicians at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. The band is perhaps best known for their elaborate sci-fi/horror film inspired costumes, raunchy lyrics, and graphic stage performances, which can consist of scatology, sadomasochism, necrophilia, paedo-necrophilia, beastio-necrophilia, fire dancing, fake pagan rituals, mock executions/mutilations, and other controversial violent and political themes.
