Harry Manx

Harry Manx is a musician who blends blues, folk, and Hindustani classical music. Born on the Isle of Man and raised in Ontario, he is currently living on Saltspring Island, BC, Canada. He plays slide guitar, harmonica, six-string banjo, cigar-box guitar and the Mohan Veena (a 20-stringed guitar/sitar hybrid). He studied for five years in India with Vishwa Mohan Bhatt. Neda

The most prominent Lithuanian jazz singer and a master of flute. On stage she spreads emotions and sincerity, and her voice, mostly used as an equal instrument in the ensemble and often leading up to emotional culminations, is both full of vitality and intimately mild. Since 1986, when Neda first appeared on the jazz stage with the student ensemble, led by her teacher <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Vladimir+Chekasin" class="bbcode_artist">Vladimir Chekasin</a>, her flute and colourful voice was heard in projects with almost all of the Lithuanian jazz masters, as well as with her international partners.

Alabama 3

Alabama 3 are a band originating from Brixton, England, their music incorporates elements of country, acid house, blues and gospel. Named for the Alabama 2, a legal case in the American deep South during the 1930s, in which two black men were hanged for allegedly raping a white woman. The name is also a nod to other victims of injustice like the Birmingham 6 and Guildford 4. In the United States, they are known as A3, after they were sued by the legendary country outfit Alabama.
