Father John Misty

Father John Misty is J. Tillman, who has been recording/releasing solo albums since 2003. Josh also played drums for Seattle’s Fleet Foxes from 2008-2011. On January 31st 2012, he released the first single, 'Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings', extracted from the debut album "Fear Fun". The Phil Ek mixed and Jonathan Wilson produced long player, was released on May 1st 2012 through Sub Pop (U.S.) and Bella Union (U.K.)

The Black Keys

The Black Keys are a two-man blues-rock group from Akron, Ohio, United States which formed in 2001, consisting of singer and guitarist Dan Auerbach and drummer Patrick Carney. The band name was inspired by a schizophrenic artist and friend in Akron, who used the term "black keys" to describe things he disliked or people he did not trust. The Black Keys have roots in traditional blues and psychedelic rock stylings.

Kenny Wayne Shepherd

Kenny Wayne Shepherd and his group exploded on the scene in the mid-'90s and garnered huge amounts of radio airplay on commercial radio, which historically has not been a solid home for blues and blues-rock music, with the exception of Stevie Ray Vaughan in the mid-'80s. Shepherd was born June 12, 1977, in Shreveport, LA. The Shreveport native began playing at age seven, figuring out Muddy Waters licks from his father's record collection (he has never taken a formal lesson).

Jack White

For the American southern gospel singer, songwriter and guitarist see Jacky Jack White Jack White (born John Anthony Gillis on July 9, 1975 in Detroit), American rock musician, producer, and actor. He is best known as the guitarist and lead vocalist of the rock duo The White Stripes (1997-2011) and more recently guitarist and vocalist of The Raconteurs, and drummer and vocalist for the band The Dead Weather.

Funky Meters

The Funky Meters are give or take the same group as "The Meters", an American funk band based out of New Orleans, Louisiana. They were active between the late 60s until their breakup in 1977. They reunited later on, and went through a few new members, which resulted in the name change to "The Funky Meters". They were never extremely popular, and didn't receive much airtime on the radio, but are considered one of the leading funk predecessors.

Bain Wolfkind

Bain Wolfkind emerged from the bottom of a bottle of bourbon in Dublin Ireland in the early years of the new century. In 2004 Wolfkind recorded the self produced 'Love Letters' EP, followed by 2005's full length release 'Music For Lovers and Gangsters', 2006's 'Confidential Report' EP , 2007's 'Wasteland' EP and 2008's, his most recent full length Cd release, 'The Swamp Angel' . The music of Bain Wolfkind could be described as a minimalised and post-industrialised version of artists like Lee Hazlewood with dark brooding vocals and slow blues...

Abaji

Abaji is a Lebanese-born multi-instrumentalist, singer, and composer. "When I was ten or eleven, I got really involved with sounds. Not just the guitar, but the sounds themselves.” From a musical family—Abaji’s Armenian grandmother played the oud (lute), his great-grandmother the kanun (zither), and his six maternal aunts were all passionate and contentious musicians. AFTER MIDNIGHT are the World's No1 Eric Clapton Tribute Band featuring front-man Mike Hall. In 2010 they are undertaking a 25th Anniversary Tour throughout the UK. The band was formed in 1985 in Newcastle upon Tyne long before the term “tribute band” was invented, and named themselves ''After Midnight'' after Eric Clapton’s first solo hit. Their ability to re-create Clapton’s electrifying stage performances really caught the audience’s imagination. In guitar/vocalist Mike Hall, the band possesses a front man who not only looks like Eric, he sings and plays guitar like him too!

B.B. King

Riley B. King aka B. B. King (born September 16th, 1925 in Itta Bena, Mississippi) is a well known American blues guitarist and songwriter. He is among the most respected electric guitarists. One of King's trademarks is naming his guitar (Gibson ES335) "Lucille". In the 1950s in a bar in Twist, Arkansas two men got into a fight, accidentally knocking over a bucket of burning kerosene (used for heating) and setting the establishment on fire. Risking his life, B.B. King ran back into the collapsing building to retrieve his guitar.
