"Daniel Lee Kendall (DLK) did not plan for this. But it is the unexpected beginning to this story that is characteristic of DLK’s understated allure. It is quite simple really; after an evening spent drinking wine and enjoying the company of fine friends and fine musicians alike, Daniel penned a song. After lengthy toils in the seclusion of DLK studios (his bedroom) the best and only thing there was to do was share. Share with friends and strangers alike, these songs of hope and heartbreak. Nitin Sawhney

Nitin Sawhney (raised in Rochester, Kent, England) is a london-based composer and dj of various styles of music, including jazz, drum and bass, hip-hop, flamenco and modern orchestral compositions. His major works include Beyond Skin, Prophesy, Human, and Philtre. He is considered one of the pioneers of what is known as the Asian Underground music scene, defining a music genre that mixes south-asian musical influences with western electronica and breakbeat style. He does however dislike the tag of "world" music, describing it as musical apartheid.

Citing names as varied as Theo Parrish, Dorothy Ashby and Stravinsky as major influences on his work, it is not hard to see that he has musical knowledge way beyond his (22) years, and having been an accomplished pianist since the age of 16 - he is a true musician. The variety in influences is mirrored in the diversity of his productions - one week it’s broken, the next a string quartet and sometimes just straight up gritty beats.

Thievery Corporation

Thievery Corporation is a Washington, D.C.-based recording artist and DJ duo consisting of Rob Garza and Eric Hilton and their supporting artists. Their music style mixes elements of dub, acid jazz, indian classical and brazilian (such as bossa nova) with a lounge aesthetic. Thievery Corporation is on the Eighteenth Street Lounge record label named after the DC club owned by Eric Hilton, but several of their singles and EP's appear on the 4AD and !K7 labels.

British recording artist, music producer, remixer, DJ, as well as classically trained pianist and cellist. One half of the ground-breaking electronic acts Global Communication, Link & E621, Reload & E621, Jedi Knights, The Chameleon, and Secret Ingredients, all with Mark Pritchard. Bonobo

There are at least two artists with the name Bonobo: 1) Simon Green was born and grew up in rural Hampshire, escaping to Brighton aged eighteen. There he fell into the jazz/hip hop/funk/soul scene centred around Rob Luis and nights like phonic:hoop. An accomplished musician as a teenager, he began producing his own tracks, pushing at the template established in the sweaty little venues studding the Lanes.

The Conspirators

The Conspirators are 5 musicians from the North Yorkshire area who got together by chance or by fate...
They're currently in the studio recording their first EP to be released in the new year. Band Members are:

The Green Room is the artist name for a UK based film soundtrack studio. Please visit http://www.greenroommusic.info
The Green Room refers to two artists 1) a compilation album celebrating New Zealands finest artists on the Loop record label 2) When drummer Richard Harris moved from California to Holland, Michigan in 1995 and met singer-guitarist Tim Obbink, the two decided to combine their musical talents and began performing together. Before Harris returned to California the next year, he introduced Obbink to percussionist Jeremy Mokma.
