Sean Quinn

With a career spanning well over a decade, Sean Quinn can lay claim to being one of Australia's hardest working and more diverse Dj's. Always holding down a minimum of four and as many as seven weekly residencies has meant that being versatile and reliable go hand in hand. Starting Dj'ing at age nineteen, Sean has witnessed and been a part of the meteoric rise of dance music, firstly in his hometown of Melbourne and later in his career, all over the world.

Weddings Parties Anything, often known as WPA and Weddoes, is an Australian folk rock band formed by Mick Thomas in Melbourne in 1985 and continuing until 1998. Their name came from a Clash song ("Revolution Rock") and musicologist Billy Pinnell described their first album as the best Australian rock debut since Skyhooks' Living in the '70s. WPA initially gained a reputation as a hot new band through their constant touring in their early days, however they never really became a commercial success.

They are short, sharp, state their point and then they stop. Rhythm and melody are equally crucial in The Bites. The nucleus of The Bites are Kirsty and Rene. Other members have come and gone since the band started in 2001. Their philosophy is one of maintaining true independence and complete artistic control over all aspects of their music.

Summer Cats

Summer Cats are two girls and three boys from Melbourne, Australia. Like most people from Melbourne, they spend their time either: a) enjoying summer or b) waiting for summer to arrive. They play crash pop in an attempt to make you dance, so if you feel the urge...go right ahead! Musically they are somewhat of a cross between Stereolab and The Go-Betweens....or is that Talulah Gosh and The Left Banke?
