Dam Funk

Known as Los Angeles' "Ambassador of Boogie Funk," dãm-funk represents the citizens of the Funkmosphere. Headquartered in the Culver City section of L.A., dãm (pronounced: 'Dame' as in Damon) spent the last few years cultivating a musical renaissance rooted in the early-'80s styles known as Boogie, Modern Soul and Electro-Funk. As a DJ/selector, dãm attracts the most discerning Boogie Funk afficionados within driving distance of his storied Monday-night Funkmosphere parties. But it's not just collectors at the bar toasting to the melodic sounds.

Richard Durand

Up to #49 in 2009 DJ Magazine Poll Without doubt the hottest new trance DJ / producer to emerge from Holland this past couple of years is Richard Durand. Recommended by the mighty Tiësto as his 'Tip For The Top in 2007' in DJ Magazine, Richard responded with a string of stunning productions, including official remixes for Tiësto, culminating in a new entry placing in the DJ Magazine Top 100 DJs poll at the end of 2007.

Plastikman

Plastikman is the main recording identity for Windsor, Ontario, Canada's Richie Hawtin (aka Plastikman, Fuse, Circuit Breaker, from within to name a few). since his debut as states of mind and fuse in 1990 to the launch of Plastikman in 1992, his sound has developed through early connotations of acidic techno and extreme levels of energy (1993's 'Spastik') to sonic experiments in futuristic-rhythms and off-world ambience (1998's 'Consumed' LP).

With only a handful of releases on Hessle Audio, Hotflush and his own Hemlock Recordings, London based Jack Dunning has made serious waves already. An Untold tune is highly distinguishable; all compact bass lines that punish and clean percussion that clicks and drives instinctively; finding a balance between meticulous detail, deepness, and pure dance floor sensibility that is very rare indeed. Space age pop collagists Broadcast formed in Birmingham, England, in 1995; comprised of vocalist Trish Keenan, guitarist Tim Felton, bassist James Cargill, keyboardist Roj Stevens, and drummer Steve Perkins. The quintet came together out of a shared affection for the psychedelic cult band the United States Of America, a primary influence on their subsequent work as a group. Part Timer

Originally a member of electronica duo clickits, John McCaffrey moved from Accrington in the North West of England to Melbourne, Australia and started a solo project as part timer.
Concentrating on a mixture of delicate folk flavours and electronic augmentation, part timer has released albums on moteer, flau and lost tribe sound. Collaborations with multi-instrumentalist Aaron Martin have been released on mobeer and under the spire.

LCD Soundsystem

LCD Soundsystem is the musical side project of producer James Murphy, co-founder of New York City dance-punk label DFA Records. Formed in 2002, the music of LCD Soundsystem can also be described as a mix of alternative dance and post punk, along with elements of disco and other styles. During live performances, Murphy is accompanied by Al Doyle (guitar, percussion -- also of Hot Chip),Tyler Pope (!!! / Out Hud) (bass), Nancy Whang (keyboards) and Pat Mahoney (drums) Previous members include Phil Mossman (guitar, percussion) and Phil Skarich (bass) .

Seja

Seja Vogel is a solo singer-songwriter from Brisbane, Australia. Her soon-to-be-released debut solo album We Have Secrets But Nobody Cares contains vintage electronics and synths fused with beautiful songwriting. Seja is the current keyboardist for Brisbane rock band Regurgitator. She joined the band for the recording of their sixth studio album, Love and Paranoia. Seja is also the keyboardist for Brisbane band Sekiden.
