The Dangerous Summer

The Dangerous Summer is an alternative rock band from Ellicott City, Maryland. The band independently released the five song EP There Is No Such Thing as Science, which drew the attention of Hopeless Records in 2007. They then re-released their debut EP under a new name, If You Could Only Keep Me Alive, with new songs included. The band's debut studio album, Reach for the Sun, was released on May 5, 2009.

Paul Dempsey

Paul Dempsey (born 1976 in Melbourne) is the lead singer, guitarist and principal songwriter of Australian rock group Something for Kate. Paul was a founding member of the band, and in August 2009 is to release his first solo album whilst continuing his work with Something for Kate. A multi-instrumentalist, Paul has also produced and co-written records for other artists. Paul Dempsey formed Something For Kate just after leaving high school in 1994 with school friend, drummer Clint Hyndman. They then found bass player, Julian Carroll from an advertisement in a record store.

Cold and Need

A local indie rock band from Brisbane, Australia. Fronted by bassist and vocalist Tom Eggert, the lineup consists of Alex Schafferius (guitar), Christopher Wiggins (guitar) and Jared Daly (drums). They perform at venues around Brisbane and never cease to impress with their live shows. Cold and Need will be entering the studio to record their debut EP in the coming months.

Ed Kuepper

Ed Kuepper is an Australian guitarist, singer and songwriter. He co-founded the seminal punk band The Saints, the experimental post-punk group The Laughing Clowns and later the grunge-like The Aints. He has also recorded over a dozen albums in his own name with a variety of backing bands, notably Ed Kuepper and the Yard Goes On Forever, Ed Kuepper and his Oxley Creek Playboys, Ed Kuepper and The Institute Of Nude Wrestling, The Exploding Universe of Ed Kuepper, Ed Kuepper and the New Imperialists and presently Ed Kuepper and the Kowalski Collective.

Frente!

Frente! was an Australian alternative pop/rock group, formed in 1991. The lineup featured singer Angie Hart, founder and guitarist Simon Austin, bassist Tim O'Connor (later replaced by Bill McDonald), and drummer Mark Picton (later replaced by Alastair Barden). Frente! burst onto the Australian music charts with the singles "Ordinary Angels" and "Accidently Kelly Street" in 1992. Frente!'s debut album, Marvin the Album was also a success, going platinum in Australia.

Sum 41 is a Canadian rock band from Ajax, Ontario, active since 1996. The current members are Deryck Whibley (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Jason McCaslin (bass guitar, backing vocals), Steve Jocz (drums, backing vocals), and Tom Thacker (lead guitar, backing vocals, keyboard).
In 1999, the band signed an international record deal with Island Records. Since then, the band has released four studio albums, all of which have been certified platinum in Canada. Their most successful album to date is All Killer No Filler, which is certified 1x platinum in Canada and platinum in the United States.

Death Cab for Cutie

Death Cab for Cutie is an American indie rock band formed in Bellingham, Washington in 1997. The band consists of Ben Gibbard (vocals, guitar, piano), Chris Walla (guitar), Nicholas Harmer (bass), and Jason McGerr (drums). Death Cab began as a solo project of Ben Gibbard, now the band's vocalist and guitarist. Gibbard took the band name from the satirical song Death Cab for Cutie, performed by The Bonzo Dog Band in The Beatles' 1967 experimental film Magical Mystery Tour.

Paper House

A three piece Indie/Alterntive/Rock band formed in Hereford England. Comprising of Matt Money Bass/Vocals, James Knight Guitar/Vocals and Dave Marlboro on Drums.
The band, Paper House, formed in the summer of 2006 when James and Matt finally found a good drummer, in the form of Dave, after a long search through their hometown of Hereford. They all had the same aspirations to provide quality songs that will affect the audience differently than any other band in Hereford at the moment, and from this starting point, they began playing and writing.
