Lucinda Williams

Lucinda Williams (born January 26, 1953) is an American rock, folk, and alt-country songwriter and singer. A three-time Grammy Award winner, she was named "America's best songwriter" by TIME magazine in 2002. Williams has garnered considerable critical acclaim but her commercial success has been moderate. She has a reputation as a perfectionist and as a slow worker when it comes to recording; six years passed between the release of her second and third albums. However, she frequently makes guest appearances on other artists' albums and contributes to compilations and soundtracks.

Cher Lloyd, 17, is a student from Malvern, Worcestershire, United Kingdom. She is of Romany ancestry through her mother. She studied performing arts at Dyson Perrins CE Sports College in 2009. She auditioned for The X Factor twice before (when the minimum age was lower) singing ballads but it was only after reinventing herself in 2010 that she got through to see the judges. Juliana Hatfield (born July 27, 1967 in Wiscasset, Maine, United States), is an American guitarist/singer-songwriter from the Boston area, formerly of the indie rock band Blake Babies. The daughter of Philip M. Hatfield (a radiologist) and The Boston Globe fashion critic Julie Hatfield, Juliana was born in Maine and grew up in the Boston suburb of Duxbury. She acquired a love of rock music during the 1970s, having been introduced by a babysitter to the music of the seminal Los Angeles punk rock band <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/X" class="bbcode_artist">X</a>, which proved a life-changing experience.

Def FX

Def FX, fronted by media darling and practicing Wiccan Fiona Horne and visual artist Sean Lowry, are an electronic-metal-pop group from Australia. The band were active from 1990 till their dissolution in 1997. They toured extensively and released several critically-acclaimed EPs on independent label Phantom Records (later collected together on the album Baptism) before their 1992 album debut, Light Speed Collision on EMI, which featured the singles Space Time Disco and No Time for Nowhere.

Doro Pesch (real name: Dorothea Pesch, born 3 June 1964, Düsseldorf) is a female vocalist, formerly of the German heavy metal band Warlock and one of the few female singers of the 1980s heavy metal scene. After Warlock underwent many personnel changes, Pesch was the only remaining original member of the band. After changing her record label, she released the fifth album as Doro, as the former label owned the trademark on the Warlock name.

Ghost Boy with Golden Virtues is a band based in Brisbane, Australia. They describe themselves as "avant-garde cabaret punk performance art." Their first album, Enter, was released in February 2010. The lead single “Wolfish” received multiple airplay on radio 4ZZZ, Triple J and Rage. The 2nd single from the album was "Love Me". It also included reworkings of Iggy Pop & Serge Gainsbourg songs. The songs and the music are unashamedly explicit and erotically charged.

There are multiple artists named Helena. 1) Helena (Helena Noguerra) is a Belgian-born successful actress, model and singer-songwriter. She sings and writes her own lyrics in French, English and Portuguese. She has worked as a radio DJ, covered Kylie Minogue's "I just can’t get you out of my head" in a very sensual version and published two novels. While still modelling, she met up with musicians, did some collaborations and also met Philippe Katerine who did most of the composing and producing of their two rather different projects.
