Bonnie 'Prince' Billy

<a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Will+Oldham" class="bbcode_artist">Will Oldham</a> (born 24 December 1970, Louisville, Kentucky) is an American <a href="http://www.last.fm/tag/singer-songwriter" class="bbcode_tag" rel="tag">singer-songwriter</a>, actor, and musician. His music is often (perhaps inappropriately) placed under the genre of "<a href="http://www.last.fm/tag/alt-country" class="bbcode_tag" rel="tag">alt-country</a>". Oldham has recorded under many names, including <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Palace" class="bbcode_artist">Palace</a>, <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Palace+Music" class="bbcode_artist">Palace Music</a>, <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Palace+Brothers" class="bbcode_artist">Palace Brothers</a>, and <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/+noredirect/Bonnie+Billy" class="bbcode_artist">Bonnie Billy</a>. He often plays and records with other musicians, including <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/David+Pajo" class="bbcode_artist">David Pajo</a> and his brothers Ned and Paul Oldham, but is generally the chief creator of the music.

Ellie Goulding (born Elena Jane Goulding on 30 December 1986) is a British singer-songwriter. Born in Hereford, she grew up in Kington, Herefordshire and currently lives in London. Touring since 2008 she released her debut single Under The Sheets on November 16th 2009. The track was produced by Starsmith, who she has been working with since the beginning of her career. Her debut album was released on the 1st of March 2010 and is named Lights.

Colin Hay

Singer/Songwriter Colin Hay is the former front-man of the classic Australian band Men at Work. Since the group disbanded he has released several solo albums, including Man at Work, which featured re-recordings of classic Men at Work songs in an acoustic environment. More recently Hay has been involved with the NBC TV series Scrubs, lending several songs to the sitcom, including "Waiting for My Real Life to Begin," "My Brilliant Feat" and "Beautiful World.

A lot of band bios will begin with the line “with humble beginnings”.  This band bio begins with the line “with outrageously immodest and ambitious beginnings”.  With outrageously immodest and ambitious beginnings, The Tom Fun Orchestra sauntered into the Atlantic Canadian music scene the way an Italian funeral saunters through a mountain village.  That is, with many loud instruments, casks of wine and complete irreverence for everything happening around them.  Thus it went for the next five years.

Last.fm is listing two groups under this name. 1. Sons and Daughters are an indie rock band which formed in 2001 in Glasgow, Scotland. The band consists of Adele Bethel (vocals, guitar), Scott Paterson (vocals, guitar), Ailidh Lennon (bass, keyboards, mandolin) and David Gow (drums). The band has released three albums: "The Repulsion Box" (2005),"This Gift" (2008) and "Mirror Mirror" (2011). Their third album, "Mirror Mirror" - was released on Domino on June 13th- via a short trailer directed by long time collaborator Blair Young.

Say Anything

Say Anything is an alternative rock band formed in Los Angeles, California, United States in 2001. Originally dubbed Sayanything, the band now consists of founding members Max Bemis (vocals/guitar) and Coby Linder (drums), along with Jake Turner (guitar), Jeff Turner (guitar) and Parker Case (keyboard). Say Anything began their career when the band was still in high school. They self-released two EP's and one LP entitled Baseball.

They consist of Joseph Ferocious (vocals, guitar), Matthew Whipple (bass, vocals), Brian Hamilton (keyboards, vocals) and Matthew Miller (drums). They have released one album, "Why There Are Mountains", which has received glowing reviews since its January 2009 release.
