Some say the duo deal in sonic splatter, in a brew of improvisation, noise, computer music and probably some more. Others say it is reminiscent of the conversation your mate has at you on the weekend in a club when he’s had too much to drink and is telling you how great everything is at 100mph. Only instead of your mate it is actually R2D2, which leads you to believe maybe that someone did put something in your drink.

The Derek Trucks Band is a band started by slide guitarist prodigy, Derek Trucks, who began playing guitar and touring with The Allman Brothers Band, as early as eleven years old. Raised partly on tour with them throughout his youth, meeting and playing with famous musicians, Trucks was still unsure about his own future. He resolved to start his own band while still an adolescent. What first began as a side project, and a way for Trucks to explore his own creativity, has evolved into an eclectic band with some of the most talented musicians from the southeastern United States.

Michael Steven Bublé (born 9 September 1975 in Burnaby, British Columbia) is a Canadian singer and actor. He has won several awards, including a Grammy and multiple Juno Awards. His first album reached the top ten in Lebanon, United Kingdom and his home country of Canada. He found worldwide commercial success with his 2005 album It's Time, and his 2007 album Call Me Irresponsible was an even bigger success, reaching number one on the Canadian Albums Chart, the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, the Australian ARIA Albums Chart and the European charts.

According to their own website, they are the founding fathers and absolute rulers of the neo-swing movement,­ the reigning kings of all that is sartorially and otherwise splendid in classic American music. They hit their big break in the mass-media with Hey Pachuco! used in the 1994 movie "The Mask" (it's the music Jim Carrey dances to with Cameron Diaz). Since 1991, they have released four studio albums and three live albums. They are based in Los Angeles, and frequently tour in the L.A. area, around the United States, and around the world.
