Since its foundation in autumn 2004, the name of this young Hardrockcombo has spread irresistibly in the area around their hometown Wuppertal and beyond. Their music can be described as Nitrock (explosive-progressive Hardrock). Influenced by bands as King Crimson, Deep Purple and Dream Theater, this style distincts itself by its eccentric, energetic character.

There are multiple artists with this name: Apollo was formed in 1969. They released one album, Apollo (1970). Their music was occasionally heavy and the band sounds like Led Zeppelin or Procol Harum, with little bit King Crimson in it. Members have been in other Finnish progressive projects.
2) Apollo Indie Dance / Post Punk band from Ballarat, Australia. They Began mid 2009 when two kids decided to constructively channel their boredom in the form of melodic sound.

An up and coming hard rock band from Melbourne, Australia. Influences include the likes of Karnivool. Jericco is one of the newest hard hitting bands to hit the Melbourne music scene, fusing middle-eastern grooves with progressive, electronic, hard rock. This hardworking five piece consists of,Roy Amar-Bass guitar&Oud,Luke Halstead-Drums,Brent Mccormick-Vocals,Jordan Nagle-Guitar and Fetah Sabawi-Keys,Programming(ex-Superheist,Revolucion Street). After supporting Dead Letter Circus in only there second gig to rave reviews Jericco hit the studio to write and record there debut E.

Mere Theory’s live performance résumé includes spots on the 2005 and 2007 Big Day Outs; billing at the Clipsal 500 After Race Concert (to a hometown audience of 10,000); shows with international contemporaries like Millencolin, Anberlin and Alexisonfire; national tours with Gyroscope and Karnivool, and an appearance on the television show Rove Live. In 2006, the band were recipients of the Australasian Performing Rights Association’s Emily Burrows Award – a prize awarded to emerging Australian bands who show exceptional promise.
