Drawing influence from the likes of The Clash, Cock Sparrer, Stiff Little Fingers, and Billy Bragg, The Briggs have spent the past few years on the heels of tours that have paired them up with more recognizable faces in their genre, including several outings with Irish-punk band Flogging Molly.

Rufio

Rufio is a melodic punk rock band from Rancho Cucamonga, California. All the members of the band went to the same high school together. The band was formed when original bassist Jon Berry was in freshman year in college and the other three band members were in the final year of high school. The other three band members are Scott Sellers (Vocals/Guitar), Mike Jimenez (Drums), and Clark Domae (Guitar). Guitar players Scott and Clark were acquaintances at young ages as they grew up together.

The Saints

1) The Saints are a punk-rock band formed in 1974 in Brisbane, Australia. Their musical inspiration came from sources as diverse as 1950s rock 'n' roll and 1960s Detroit punk band <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/The+Stooges" class="bbcode_artist">The Stooges</a>. The Saints music pioneered the fast tempos and buzzing guitars parallel to more widely-known punk acts like <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/+noredirect/The+Ramones" class="bbcode_artist">The Ramones</a> and <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/+noredirect/The+Sex+Pistols" class="bbcode_artist">The Sex Pistols</a>. In mid-1977 the band moved to the UK, where it became apparent that they and their label had different ideas as to how they should be marketed. EMI planned to sell The Saints as a typical punk band complete with ripped clothes.

Ghoul

There are multiple artists with this name: 1) Ghoul is a crossover Thrash death Metal band formed in United States of America (Oakland, California) in 2001. Official Website

They formed in the middle eighties and were active until their frontman Masami
formed another band called SQWAD in early 90s, and soon after that he died.

This Is Hell

This is Hell are not going down in history for standing still. Formed on Long Island, New York in June of 2004, This is Hell made an immediate impact on the hardcore scene, and have since shown no signs of slowing down. Travis Reilly (vocals), Rick Jimenez (guitar), Chris Reynolds (guitar), Dan Bourke (drums) and Johnny Moore (bass) all cut their teeth in their local scene, but have now become road veterans with an unquenched desire to pummel stages around the world and live the lives they've built for themselves.

Defeater

Formed in Massachusetts in 2004 and solidified in 2008 from a diverse background of musicians, Defeater is a forward-thinking hardcore band with more to them than just mosh parts. The band recently released their debut full-length Travels on Topshelf Records and now, to celebrate their new home, Bridge Nine Records will be re-releasing Travels on CD internationally as well as the vinyl edition in conjunction with Topshelf Records on February 24th, 2009.

The Gifthorse were a punk band hailing from Brisbane, Queensland. They draw influence from many 90's punk/emo bands such as Samiam, Hot Water Music, Texas Is The Reason and Jawbreaker. Members have gone on to play in Fires of Waco and Headaches.

One of the best hardcore/post-hardcore/post-powerviolence/screaming/gut-wrenching awesomeness/whatever bands in Australia, it consists of Aaron Clarke on guitar and vocals, John Irish on drums, and Abel Cross on bass and vocals. Roughly based in Sydney.
