2005-present The Paper Scissors have gone from party band du jour, off the back of We Don’t Walk and Yamanote Line from their 2007 debut Less Talk More Paper Scissors, to now being one of the solid forces in Australian music. The Sydney based lads built a snowball from their live shows and high rotation radio play on Triple J and community radio, as well as a leg up from high profile spots on TV ads and major network shows. They toured relentlessly, with headline spots of their own and major festivals such as Falls, Playground Weekender and Southbound.

Born and raised in Galveston, Texas, Hamilton was first hooked on music through his parents’ extensive collection of blues, rock, and soul records. Hamilton honed his multi-instrumental chops early, learning drums, piano, guitar, bass and harmonica by his early teens, and performing as part of his family’s doo-wop group.

Rising from an intense search for the most talented girl rock musicians in the LA area comes the uniquely explosive alt-rock band "Cherri Bomb". Why unique? The average age of these rocker chicks is just 13 years old! Cherri Bomb combines their classic & current rock influences and blends alt-rock sensibilities with a pop edge to stir up rocking, radio ready, uber-memorable songs. The band was formed in ‘08 by lead singer & guitar player Julia Pierce-13 formerly from New Jersey. She says, "It was not an easy process to find girls that could really rock.

There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Slipknot is an American alternative/nu metal band from Des Moines, Iowa. Formed in 1995, the group was founded by percussionist Shawn Crahan and bassist Paul Gray. After several lineup changes in their early days, the band consisted of nine members for the greater part of their tenure: Sid Wilson, Paul Gray, Joey Jordison, Chris Fehn, Jim Root, Craig Jones, Shawn Crahan, Mick Thomson, and Corey Taylor. However, the death of Paul Gray on May 24, 2010, left the band with only eight remaining members.
