Real Estate is a band from Ridgewood, New Jersey, United States, now based in Brooklyn, N.Y. The band has roots in the Garden State and they’re led by singer/guitarist Martin Courtney and feature guitarist Matthew Mondanile (the latter known to some for his work in Ducktails, Predator Vision, and The Parasails) as well as Alex Bleeker on bass and Etienne Duguay (also of Predator Vision) on the drums.

Technically, Rizzle Kicks was founded in about 1996, when both members, in their miniature form, used to play together, round Rizzle's aunties house. It wasn't until 8 years later when the pair re-found eachother, after both moving to Brighton and joining the local Sunday league, by facing eachother head-on in a football match. 4 years later, they ended up going to the same college, and one day when Rizzle got Sylvester to 'Lalala' all over a track, he then realised that the kind of style Sylvester had fitted in nicely with the sound that was growing.
Box Elder is a band from Adelaide Australia. Their sound has evolved between noise and indie pop influences including bands such as Pavement, Sonic Youth, Frusciante, Joy Division, the Strokes etc along that vibe. Shows may include second drum kits, glockenspiel, harmonica, synthesizer and a variety of percussion instruments, layered on top of three guitars, bass and drums. Oh, and delay. Benjamin Francis Leftwich (Born September 4, 1989) is an English singer-songwriter from York. Leftwich began playing music at the age of ten and grew up listening to The Rolling Stones and Nina Simone before discovering such singer-songwriters as Nick Drake, Bob Dylan, and Elliott Smith. He decided to use his middle name as part of his stage moniker as he felt Ben Leftwich was "a bit too snappy." His debut album 'Last Smoke Before The Snowstorm' was released on July 3, 2011 in the United Kingdom.

Terry Springford is a folk-pop singer-songwriter from Melbourne, Australia. In 2010, after a long hiatus from music, Terry returned to his home studio in the mountain forests outside Melbourne to record his Pretty Girls album, released in October. The album represents a departure in style for Terry as he adds a variety of electronic sounds to augment his strong songwriting and folk-pop roots. The album is available at iTunes. He's now working on a new album, "Fusion", and playing live in Melbourne. "Summer Dress" is his new single, released in April 2012.
Thao Nguyen (vocals, guitar) plays with Adam Thompson (bass guitar), and Willis Thompson (drums). Thao was raised in Falls Church, Virginia, and began playing guitar at age 12. Since then, she has crafted a folksy sound with tinges of gritty blues and laconic country. Thao's records are currently released on Kill Rock Stars.
