Hot Chelle Rae

Songfacts reports that Nashville pop rock band Hot Chelle Rae began with a meeting between singer-songwriter Nash Overstreet and guitarist Ryan Follese in 2005. After several changes, they eventually finalised their line up as Follese (lead vocalist), Overstreet (lead guitarist) plus Ian Keaggy (bass) and Jamie Follese (drums) and named themselves after their first "dedicated" fan, Chelle Rae. They were signed to Jive Records in October 2008, and then began work on their first album, Lovesick Electric, which was released on October 23, 2009.

So-named after infamous soundsystem experiments by obvious influences The Flaming Lips, The Parking Lot Experiments are a Melbourne free-k pop ensemble ecstatically making music that glitters with charm and smiles, that wilfully escapes genres by being so hyper-inclusive, and that will almost certainly make you want to hug your friends. Currently consisting of brothers Andrew and David Connor, Lloyd Pratt and Justin Schachter (don't bother working out who plays what), often with other friends and family joining in.

Kelis Rogers-Jones (born Kelis Rogers on August 21, 1979), is known simply by her first name Kelis (pronounced Kuh-lees). Her name is an amalgamation of her parents' first names, her black father Kenneth and Chinese-Puerto Rican mother Eveliss. Growing up in Middle Class Harlem, New York Kelis' childhood was not a deprived one. But she was not without problems, after her parents realised they could not cope with her unruly behaviour (Kelis shaved all her hair off at age 13, soon afterwards dyeing the regrowth the colors of the rainbow)...

Brous (pron. Bruce) is the daring new musical venture by Sophia Brous. The Melbourne based musician has developed a striking sound with the instinct and swagger of a performer well beyond her years. Her band are made up of gifted musicians featuring members of Pikelet, Ned Collette + Wirewalker and Lost Animal. Coming from a second-generation Austrian/Polish migrant family, Brous' early musical experimentation was influenced by a family made up of musicians, sculptors and novelists.

Peter Wilson

Peter Wilson is a singer/songwriter based in Melbourne, Australia. He first came to notice in early 1994 with the song "I Wanna Dance", a staple in the early days of Hitz-FM, where it regularly reached the no. 1 spot in the nightly countdown of songs voted by listeners. Several singles followed: "Move" later in 1994 (the video clip was played several times on Video Hits), and a danced-up cover of the Benny Mardones classic "Into The Night" in 1995.

Special Guest

Special Guest is Providence College's only all-male a cappella group. Since its inception in 1996, the group has been performing on the PC campus, around Providence, and around New England for anyone willing to listen. The boys of Special Guest are notorious on Providence's campus for breaking hearts, making knees weak, and being really, really, ridiculously good looking in the black and tan. Their traditional annual performances include Fall, Christmas, and Spring concerts;
