Blood Duster are a five piece grind/death/stoner rock band from Melbourne, Australia, known for their fast and heavy musical style. The band are currently enjoying some semi-mainstream success after their self-titled Blood Duster album and an appearance at the annual Big Day Out festival. The band's first offering, Yeest, was a straightforward grindcore album. The follow up album, Str8 Outta Northcote was a southern-flavored stoner rock album. The band's third album, Cunt was a more intense and true-to-its-roots offering, with rhythmic bluesy metal guitars and heavy drumwork.

Cunt Butcher

Cunt Butcher is a grindcore band, formed in 2004 in Sydney, Australia but now based in Brisbane. Originally a solo project for Carcass Butcher, the band has been through several lineup changes and cofigurations. For almost two years Carcass and second bass player Cadbury Redbeard, together with a drum machine, terrorised the Sydney live music scene with raw meat, islamic blowup dolls, pigs, nudity, blood (both human and animal) and assorted other fluids, as well as playing some ultra-politically correct grindcore in between.

Nasum

Nasum was a grindcore band from Örebro, Sweden. The band was formed during the later part of 1992 by Anders Jakobson (guitar) and Rickard Alriksson (drums/vocals) as a sideproject to the death metal band Necrony. The idea was to create true grindcore in the vein of old Napalm Death. Spring 1993: Necrony's homelabel, German Poserslaughter Records offered Nasum to share a 7" EP with Australian goregrinders Blood Duster. Nasum accepted the offer, but in time the record turned out to be a Nasum/Agathocles split-7" EP.

there are 5 acts using the name DEAD: #1: DEAD was founded in early May 1990 by Uwe (b/v), Dany (g/v) & Peter (d/v). Main target at that time was playing Gore/Grind/Death in its rawest form ala good old (!) Carcass, Pungent Stench, etc. But lyrically it was totally replaced after the release of the 2nd 7”ep “Slaves to abysmal perversity” by the nowadays well-known dirty humour.. DEAD split up on 22nd May 1998 - on their last gig at the “FTC II” – Festival.
