The Tallest Man On Earth

Behind the name The Tallest Man On Earth is Kristian Matsson (born April 30th, 1983 in Dalarna, Sweden). He plays guitar, banjo and piano and has released two full length albums, the first entitled Shallow Grave and the second entitled The Wild Hunt. He has also released a self-titled 5-track EP on the Swedish label gravitation, as well as a second 5-track EP entitled Sometimes The Blues Is Just A Passing Bird, recently released on Dead Oceans.

Kimbra

Kimbra, born and bred in Hamilton, New Zealand has been writing a fusion of jazz and soul for over 5 years, known for her erratic but graceful voice inspired by the likes of Amy Winehouse, Bjork and Jeff Buckley. Kimbra's first success was in 2004, recieving Second place in the Smokefree Rockquest along with Best Vocals and Womens Musicianship (gaining $7000 in total from the competition raising artists like Brooke Fraser, Bic Runga and Anika Moa).

He was very shy and quiet as a boy, and a deep-thinker--but, much to the surprise of his parents, when he was under nine Cam entered a talent quest at a popular holiday park. It was his first ever performance and he chose to sing Vanessa Amorosi's "Shine".

Lisa Mitchell

Lisa Helen Mitchell was born in England on March the 22nd of 1990, although migrated to New South Wales, Australia at the age of three. She is the eldest of two in a family which resides in the border town of Albury, Australia. Her musical journey began at age twelve when she started taking guitar lessons with a focus on rock and folk. He has been a regular at the Tamworth Country Music Festival (where he first performed at the age of eleven), The Deadlys and visitor to Nashville, Tennessee. He performed in the Australian Country Music Showcase in Nashville. He released his first EP, "Dream Out Loud", and was nominated for his first Golden Guitar for Best Male Vocalist in 1994.

Heidi Elva is a sound and visual artist from New Zealand living in Melbourne, Australia. Heidi creates soundscapes using a laptop, a harp, vocals, minimal beats, iphone, effects and samples. Her music comes out of time spent delving into deep imagery from mystical influences and listening to the movement around her - the wind howling around the outside corners of her apartment, the entangled lovers fighting next door or an early morning train along the tracks.
