Chimaira

Chimaira (pronounced /kaɪˈmɪərə/) is an American metal band from Cleveland, Ohio, formed in 1998. The band is a notable member of the New Wave of American Heavy Metal. Their band name is derived from the word Chimera, a monstrous creature in Greek mythology. They play a style of mainly groove metal, with some metalcore, industrial metal, and death metal influences. Chimaira was formed in 1998 by rhythm guitarist Jason Hager, and vocalist Mark Hunter. The pair recruited Jason Genaro on drums and Andrew Ermlick on bass to complete the line-up.

Death's Head

Death's Head is a thrash metal group with ns-lyrical themes from Melbourne, Australia. The group formed in 1999. They have released five full length albums and one cd wich includes Live set from 2004 and early demo tape from 1999. Also they have released a Split cd with German death metal band Purification through v7 records in 2004 and another split in 2006 with the Australian RAC band <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Kilgore" class="bbcode_artist">Kilgore</a>. The members of Taking Dawn grew up surrounded by the glitz and glam, the bright lights and big city of constant vice. This LasVegas upbringing helped shaped the band into what it is today: a rock 'n roll timebomb just waiting to explode on an unsuspecting public with its Roadrunner debut, Time to Burn. There are a number of artists by this name: 1. Numskull (Garrick Demond Husbands) born 31. January 1971 in Oakland, California. He is half of the Oakland duo The Luniz. At 18 years old he got his first big break in the industry, by appearing on Dru Down's Fools From the Streets LP. A video was shot for the anthem "Ice Cream Man", and the result was a major deal with Sony for Dru Down and a major deal with Virgin for the Luniz.

Segression

Segression was a heavy metal band from Wollongong, Australia. Originally known as Eezee and playing sleaze metal, the group decided to change its name after moving into in a thrash direction in mid-1994. As Eezee, the band had recorded an EP in 1993 and the 1995 album Rise From Darkness. The group had also played support shows with Morbid Angel, Machine Head and Deicide. The line-up at this time was Christiaan Rand (bass, vocals), Chris Sellin (guitar), James Broadbent (guitar) and John Buckley (drums).

Cavalera Conspiracy

Brazilian metal titans Max and Igor Cavalera have written and recorded new material together for the first time in twelve years, since their work in Sepultura. Formed in the summer of 2007, Cavalera Conspiracy, is their new project and features the Cavalera brothers from Brazil, bassist Joe Duplantier from France and guitarist Marc Rizzo from the United States. Cavalera Conspiracy's debut record, Inflikted, was released on March 25, 2008 by Roadrunner Records. Recording took place in July 2007 at Undercity Studios in Los Angeles, with Logan Mader (ex-Machine Head guitarist).

1) James Murphy (born 1970, raised in Princeton Junction, New Jersey) is a musician, producer, deejay, and co-founder of dance-punk label DFA Records. His most well-known musical project is LCD Soundsystem, who first gained attention with its first single, "Losing My Edge", in 2002 before releasing a self-titled album in February 2005 to critical acclaim and top 20 success in the UK.
