micronormous is the alias of Matt Eaton of Birmingham group Pram. In 2005 he presented a live soundtrack to the film The Cabinet Of Dr Caligari under that name. Further live soundtracks have led to the formation of the micronormous live group and a series of recordings and remixes.
Modestep is a 4-piece live band from North London. Their sound clearly takes influence from progressive electro and dubstep as one of their fans stated they like to make music which "makes your brains wobble with low pass filth", in reality not all Modestep's tunes aim to be as filthy as possible which is much the trend of the times, in what can possibly be seen as a post-dubstep progression; where bass-heavy music is never avoided however incorporated eclecticly with electronica. Two bands are known as The Straits, one from The Netherlands the other from UK. 1. The Straits is a band from the Netherlands and got together in june 2005 and that was about time! Most of the Straits already knew each other and it was a twist of fate that got them to meet Patrik Muller and Wilko Stroo. The Straits intentions are not to create a new genre in music but to find the perfect popsong and present it to the world! Oasis, The Beatles and The Stone Roses preceded us. The Straits are bound by the chemistry to find a certain energy and a smile in their songs.

Lo-Fi solo project of ex Meet Me in St Louis front-man and former bassist from Shield Your Eyes Toby Hayes. Toby recorded his debut acoustic album 'From the Muddy Banks of the Melitzer' on September 24th 2008, which has been released on Big Scary Monsters Records. Acting as a two-part release, 'From The Muddy Banks...' has been followed up with a second album, 'Hand-reared Suburban Piglet'. This second record features the same ten songs, but re-recorded with full orchestration.
