Between the Wars

There are currently two bands using the name "Between The Wars".
1. BETWEEN THE WARS (Melbourne, AUS) - Active 2009-present. Celtic folk punk band. Released album "Carried Away" in 2010, EP "The Rats" and single "The Aces Are Coming/I Forget What I'm Doing Here" in 2011. 2. BETWEEN THE WARS (New Jersey, USA) - Active: 2005-2007 (featured Ensign frontman Tim Shaw and former Thursday guitarist Bill Henderson. Released 1 EP and 1 album.

First Blood

There is more than one artist with that name: 1. With a strong lineup boasting current and ex-members of Terror and Sworn Vengeance, First Blood brought their self-titled debut EP to the masses in 2003. In 2004, they continued their assault with their split 7" EP release entitled "The Dead Man's Hand 03" with Philadelphia's own Blacklisted. Now in 2006, the band plans to unleash their crushing debut full-length "Killafornia" to the world on Trustkill Records.

Their amazing energy and catchy melodies are taking a fairly generic genre and shattering it's boundaries. Buried In Verona are a five piece metal band from Sydney which formed late 2006. As I Lay Dying is an American metalcore band from San Diego, California. Founded in 2000 by Tim Lambesis and having completed their first Line-up in 2001, the band consists of vocalist Tim Lambesis, drummer Jordan Mancino, lead guitarist Nick Hipa, rhythm guitarist Phil Sgrosso, and bassist Josh Gilbert, all of whom are Christians. Signed to Metal Blade Records, As I Lay Dying has released four studio albums, one split album, and one compilation album.

Resist The Thought

Hailing from Campbelltown, Resist The Thought is a 5-piece metalcore/death metal band. With influences ranging from All Shall Perish and As Blood Runs Black to Parkway Drive and August Burns Red, Resist The Thought are continually striving to make the band all that it can be. The Band originally formed in 2003 consisting of Rick on Guitar, Jake on drums and Matt on bass and then later on vocals as well. They started off mucking around and playing music just for the fun of it and played a few shows at the ages of 11 and 14.

Antagonist is back with a new album and new name: Antagonist A.D. ElevenfiftySeven is proud to be releasing the new full length album We Are The Dead on the 6th of October in both New Zealand and Australia via Melbourne label Trial & Error. Antagonist A.D formed in late 2004 but after trading members & gaining direction a new redux saw the light in 2005. 2005 was a dark year for New Zealand hardcore with prominent bands breaking up, crucial venues being lost & key promoters bowing out.
