Day Of The Dead

Day of the Dead is a hardcore band from Portugal. Day Of The Dead was formed in May 2001, as a weapon to express our personal feelings and beliefs. DOTD's main purpose is to fight against all the apathy that is poisoning today's punk/hardcore scene. Sharing different seeds of discontentment about several issues related to the realities of our lives, DOTD tries to instigate reflection and discussion.

An Australian Youth Crew Hardcore band, disbanded in late 2007.
Sing-a-long oriented. In late 2003, 4 kids got together in a small practice space in Brisbanes Fortitude Valley with the intentions of having fun and playing hardcore with heart and message. Drawing influences from the likes of Gorilla Biscuits, Insted, Bold, Chain of Strength, In My Eyes, Time Flies, Mouthpiece, and other youth crew bands, led to a fast paced, energetic sound.

There are more than one artist with the name Carry Nation. 1) "Brisbane has given birth to a soulful and fresh talent, who titles herself "Carry Nation". Nation offers her audience a piece of her mind, and for thirty or so minutes the room is transformed. Although she has only been apart of the scene for 9 months Nation has played all the main stages of the valley district, and scored a record deal with indie label "Television Records". Stick to Your Guns

Stick to Your Guns is a 5 piece hardcore band from Orange County, California. Very heavily influenced by the orange county hardcore scene, their music, message, style, and sound can perhaps be compared to bands like Bleeding Through and Throwdown. Currently they are signed to Century Media/Sumerian Records and have released two full-length albums to date. They will be releasing their third full length album June 1, 2010, titled "The Hope Division". Members:

First Blood

There is more than one artist with that name: 1. With a strong lineup boasting current and ex-members of Terror and Sworn Vengeance, First Blood brought their self-titled debut EP to the masses in 2003. In 2004, they continued their assault with their split 7" EP release entitled "The Dead Man's Hand 03" with Philadelphia's own Blacklisted. Now in 2006, the band plans to unleash their crushing debut full-length "Killafornia" to the world on Trustkill Records.

There is more than one artist with this name: 1)DEVIANT from Denver, CO USA. The meshing of rock guitar riffs, electronic melodies, and driving industrial drums were the initial factors behind the building of the electro-rock trio, Deviant. Formed in 2002 by vocalist/lyricist London, multi-talented musicians D' MacKinnon and Marcus "Daisho" Wilkerson, Deviant immediately garnered a local following in Denver after their first live performances and album release. Deviant successfully merged the modern sounds of electronic music with accessable songwriting and emotional lyrical content.

Wish For Wings are a hardcore band from Brisbane, Australia. The members of the band are very dedicated and supportive of the straight edge philosophy. They are known for their intense shows and are a cornerstone of the Australian hardcore scene. They have also released an EP "From the Past To the Grave" which was distributed locally.

Blacklisted

Blacklisted is a hardcore band formed in Philadelphia. They have toured North America, Europe and the UK multiple times. After many lineup/health problems in 2006 facing what was almost the end of Blacklisted, they hit the studio in 2007 to record an EP for Deathwish Inc titled "Peace on Earth, War on Stage". Since its release they have toured the U.S, U.K. and Europe. Blacklisted continue touring the world, adding Australia and Japan to their list of countries they've visited, supporting their latest release "Heavier Than Heaven, Lonelier Than God" which came out in April of 2008.
