The Happy Endings

The Happy Endings have just completed their full length debut album with renown producer Forrester Savell, who has worked with the likes of The Spazzys, Helmet, The Butterfly Effect, Karnivool, Sunk Loto and Gavin Rossdale, this will be released to co-incide with an Australian national tour in April 2008. The first taste of this album comes in the form of explosive debut single/filmclip "Get Around This" which is available RIGHT NOW through GREEN distribution, Waterfront Records and iTUNES.

It also means “lady.” One Point Five, in this case, is a measurement in metres In a rather obscure nutshell, this brings us to the origins of Melbourne duo, Princess One Point Five; a marriage of seemingly unrelated elements that come together to spawn a sassy, clever, and deeply idiosyncratic little outfit.

Mike Noga

Mike Noga is one of Melbourne's most prominent and active musicians, currently the drummer for The Drones, percussionist/drummer for Mick Turner, and former drummer in the Legends Of Motorsport and Sandro. Raising eyebrows from music luminaries the world over, Melbourne’s own Ennïs Tóla blends edgy and raw guitar-driven riffs with uniquely distinctive sounds such as Japanese koto and woodwind. Forging a unique sound that demands attention, Ennïs Tóla is made up of members from The Grand Silent System and Rincon, with individual players having worked with the likes of Kate Ceberano, Lior, Stockhausen, and members from the Icelandic Symphony Orchestra.

The Meanies

The Meanies got together in Melbourne, Australia in 1989 and immediately made a name for themselves with a succession of sold out 7" singles on the Augogo label. They continued the relationship with Augogo (home to Australian groups like Magic Dirt, Scientists and Spiderbait) with the EP "Gangrenous" and the album Come 'n' See in 1991. In this time The Meanies had established themselves as one of Australia's pre-eminent underground rock bands through cultivating a huge all-age following and upsetting the rock establishment by breaking attendance records in the nation's capital cities.

Wagons

Wagons is an alt country band formed in Melbourne, Australia in 2000. Wagons was initially introduced as the banner under which charismatic singer, guitarist and songwriter Henry Wagons performed his skewed take on country music. Initially accompanied just by drummer and percussionist Mark 'Tuckerbag' Dawson, over time Wagons swelled to include guitarist Richard Blazé, bassist and backing vocalist Steve 'Harmony' Hassett (also an occasional co-songwriter), drummer and washboardist Si 'the Philanthropist' Francis, and most recently keyboardist Matty 'Soft Moods' Hassett.
