Undercast introduced themselves into the Philadelphia rock/alternative scene in late 2005 with their "Self Titled" EP which blended a mix of hard rock ryhthms and intricate melodic tones. The band immediately jumped into scene, sharing the stage with the well know local bands and touring national acts. The band released their second EP "Severed, Vol.", in 2007, which was recorded at Slugfest Records in Spring City, PA, produced by the band and the talents of Joe Mattis (Island Records) and engineered by Kevin Wesley Williams, and mastered by U.
