Darren Hayes

Darren Stanley Hayes (born 8 May 1972 in Brisbane, QLD) is an Australian singer-songwriter. He's best known as the vocalist of the hugely popular 90's duo Savage Garden, whose international hits included "Truly Madly Deeply", "I Want You" and "I Knew I Loved You". Hayes' first solo album Spin was released in 2002, carrying on in the same musical vein as Savage Garden, with a less soft rock sound and more edgy R&B vibe, although the first single Insatiable was a ballad, reaching Number 3 in Australia.

Archdukes were formed on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland in 2010. Amidst some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and amongst the confusion that surrounds a tourist destination,
they began to write music inspired by the various records and soundtracks that had pervaded their formative years, noting the irony that their sound in no-way reflected their surroundings.

Midge Ure

Midge Ure OBE (born James Ure on October 10, 1953 in Cambuslang, Lanarkshire, Scotland) is a rock and roll guitarist, singer and songwriter from Scotland, who had particular success in the 1970s and 1980s. His stage name, Midge, is a phonetic reversal of his real name, Jim. Beginning his career with bubblegum pop-rock band Slik, he would go on to play in The Rich Kids and temporarily for Thin Lizzy before replacing John Foxx as singer of electronic new wave band Ultravox in 1979. Shortly afterwards, they had a huge UK hit with "Vienna", and became one of Britain's top bands for several years.

New Kids On The Block (later NKOTB) is a successful boy band of the late 1980s and early 1990s. Assembled in Boston, Massachusetts, U.S. in 1984 by producer Maurice Starr; the members consist of brothers Jordan Knight and Jonathan Knight, Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg and Danny Wood. Stan Roto Walker (born 23 October 1990), is an Australian born New Zealand R&B/soul recording artist who rose to fame in 2009 as a contestant on Australian Idol, becoming the winner of that season.
Walker's debut single, "Black Box" was available for digital download immediately following his win on Idol, on 22 November 2009. Omar Souleyman

Omar Souleyman is a Syrian musical legend. Since 1994, he and his musicians have emerged as a staple of folk-pop throughout Syria, but until now they have remained little known outside of the country. To date, they have issued more than five-hundred studio and live- recorded cassette albums which are easily spotted in the shops of any Syrian city. Born in rural Northeastern Syria, he began his musical career in 1994 with a small group of local collaborators that remain with him today.
