Simian Mobile Disco

A London, UK production & remix team. Formed from the ashes of Simian in 2005 its members are James Ford and Jas Shaw. In addition to his work with Simian Mobile Disco, James Ford is a producer and has worked for bands such as the Arctic Monkeys, Peaches and Klaxons. Simian Mobile Disco was originally formed as a traveling DJ duet, playing on the side of their early four-piece band Simian. Steve Angello

It all kicked off for Steve Angello when he released 'Woz not Woz' alongside fellow Swede, Eric Prydz in 2004. It was released on CR2 Recordings and elevated Steve to become one of the most in demand producers, remixers and djs of 2005. This year alone has seen Steve have two top 5 club hits, remix the likes of Moby, Goldfrapp, Royksopp and Deep Dish, release a Subliminal Sessions cd, be nominated for 'Best Producer' at the House Awards, and also win the acclaimed 'Best Newcomer' (alongside partner in crime, Sebastian Ingrosso) at this years DJ Awards in Ibiza.

Tommy Trash

Producer slash DJ slash musician Tommy Trash is one of the biggest names in Australian dance music. Since bursting onto the scene just three years ago, Tommy has dominated charts and dance floors alike with over 40 originals and remixes, quickly establishing himself as one of our most talented and prolific homegrown artists. Tommy’s latest single, “Need Me To Stay”, was his most successful to date, earning him an ARIA Awards nomination for Best Dance Release.

Whitey

There is more than one artist with the name Whitey:
1. A solo project by <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/N.J.+Whitey" class="bbcode_artist">N.J. Whitey</a>;
2. A blues-based-doom band from Boston, Massachusetts. 1. Whitey is an ongoing solo project by N.J. Whitey. He is a hard character to pin down- his genre-twisting songs swing wildly between styles, and his dismissive attitude towards the music industry means there are few shows, and even fewer interviews. He has to date had no major record deal, but has still released over 30 records under a variety of names.

Summer Camp

Summer Camp are London based duo Jeremy Warmsley and Elizabeth Sankey. Their first single, Ghost Train, backed with Montgomery Avenue 1984, was released on Moshi Moshi as part of their Singles Club in April 2010. In September 2010, Summer Camp will release an EP and a single: Young, the EP, features Round the Moon, Was It Worth It, Veronica Sawyer, Why Don't You Stay, Ghost Train and Jake Ryan, incorrectly listed as "Jakey Ryan" on advance copies of the single. All original demos were remastered by Ash Workman. The band will release Round the Moon as a 7" single, backed with It's Summer.

Avant Hard

AVANT HARD is the alter-ego of Liverpool based producer and remixer, George O'Connor. After moving from Birmingham to Liverpool in 2007, George (aka Avant Hard) started a course in Music Technology at the Community College, where he became interested in producing electronic music. Since then, the interest has flourished into something of an obsession and Avant Hard and his synths and samples have become inseparable.

Miss Kittin

Miss Kittin (real name Caroline Hervé) is an electro vocalist and DJ. She was born in Grenoble, France in 1973. At age 22 she began DJing, spinning records in France, Moscow and Chicago with Mike Dearborn. Soon after she met DJ Hell in Marseille who wanted her to record for his International DeeJay Gigolos label. She presented him with the EP Champagne that she recorded with The Hacker. Miss Kittin & The Hacker released First Album in 2001. Several tracks, such as 1982 and Frank Sinatra, became anthems of the electroclash scene.

Pnau

Pnau is an Australian dance music duo from Sydney, NSW made up of Nick Littlemore and Peter Mayes. The duo released their debut album Sambanova in 1999 under the Peking Duck label. However, the album was pulled from record stores due to uncleared samples a week before they won an ARIA Award for Best Dance Release. Warner Music Australasia re-released it in 2000, then released 'Need Your Lovin' Baby' in 2001.
