A pulsating solo effort from electronic pop crooning man-child and Cut Copy bassist Ben Browning is the shiniest, newest addition to the Cutters stable of artists. Prior to starting on Cut Copy's most recent album Zonoscope, Ben Browning dug into his trusty mind-hole and began penning tracks for a solo release. "I Can't Stay" is the lead single, taken from Browning's forthcoming EP on Cutters records.
Teengirl Fantasy is Logan and Nick, two friends at Oberlin College in Ohio. The band made their festival debut at The Hot BBQ in the summer of 09/10 with singer Maxi and drummer Ric. Their debut EP 'Inferno' was released on the 26th of August 2010.
Hercules and Love Affair is a musical project from New York formed in 2007 by DJ Andy Butler. From 2007 through 2010, members included Nomi Ruiz, Kim Ann Foxman and guest singer Antony Hegarty from the band Antony and the Johnsons. They are signed to DFA Records. Their single "Blind" was released on March 3rd, 2008, and their debut self-titled album (produced by Butler and Tim Goldsworthy) was released on March 10th, 2008. The album has been critically well-received and charted in the top 40 in several countries.
