Janet Jackson

Janet Damita Jo Jackson (born May 16, 1966 in Gary, Indiana, United States) is an iconic Grammy award-winning, and Golden Globe and Academy Award-nominated American singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer, and actress. The youngest of the Jackson family, she initially stepped into the limelight in the family's 1974 Las Vegas production, 1976 television show, and later on her own as a television actress. At age sixteen in 1982, she signed a recording contract with A&M, releasing her self-titled debut album Janet Jackson that same year, followed by Dream Street (1984).

Hot Chelle Rae

Songfacts reports that Nashville pop rock band Hot Chelle Rae began with a meeting between singer-songwriter Nash Overstreet and guitarist Ryan Follese in 2005. After several changes, they eventually finalised their line up as Follese (lead vocalist), Overstreet (lead guitarist) plus Ian Keaggy (bass) and Jamie Follese (drums) and named themselves after their first "dedicated" fan, Chelle Rae. They were signed to Jive Records in October 2008, and then began work on their first album, Lovesick Electric, which was released on October 23, 2009.

Sophie Ellis-Bextor

Sophie Michelle Ellis-Bextor (born 10 April 1979) is an English singer, songwriter and model. She first came to prominence in the late 1990s, as the lead singer of the indie rock band theaudience. After the group disbanded, Ellis-Bextor went solo, achieving widespread success in the early 2000s. Her music is a mixture of mainstream pop, disco, nu-disco, and 1980s electronic influences.
Ellis-Bextor has released four solo albums: Read My Lips, Shoot from the Hip, Trip the Light Fantastic, and the recent Make a Scene, which was released on April 18, 2011.

Paul Oakenfold

Paul Oakenfold (born August 30, 1963 in Greenhithe, Kent, England) is a world famous DJ and producer, whose works have helped define the mainstream of trance & elecronica. Not only does Paul Oakenfold produce records, but he also mixes them. In 1987 he spent several months in Ibiza with a few friends and fell in love with dance club music. Oakenfold produced "Happy Mondays' Pills 'n' Thrills and Bellyaches" before producing for U2, Massive Attack, Simply Red and New Order (to name a few).

Darren Stanley Hayes (born 8 May 1972 in Brisbane, QLD) is an Australian singer-songwriter. He's best known as the vocalist of the hugely popular 90's duo Savage Garden, whose international hits included "Truly Madly Deeply", "I Want You" and "I Knew I Loved You". Hayes' first solo album Spin was released in 2002, carrying on in the same musical vein as Savage Garden, with a less soft rock sound and more edgy R&B vibe, although the first single Insatiable was a ballad, reaching Number 3 in Australia.

Friendly Fires is a dancepunk band which formed in 2006 in St Albans, England. They consist of Ed MacFarlane (vocals), Edd Gibson (guitar) and Jack Savidge (drums). The band released their self-titled debut album on 1 September 2008. It contains the singles "Paris", "Jump in the Pool", and "Skeleton Boy", which is a rip off of Olive's 90s hit "You're Not Alone". Round Table Knights

The Round Table Knights are a DJ / Producer duo consisting of DJ Questionmark and DJ Atomik. If you had to chose one single word to characterise them it could only be diversity. The RTK play all kinds of Electronic/Accoustic/Futuristic/Exciting/Romantic/Intense music. Their musical horizon kept them behind the decks in clubs and at festivals all over Europe. Steve Aoki, also known as his stage name DJ Steve Aoki Kid Millionaire, is one of Los Angeles' most well known DJs. His father Rocky is the founder of the famous Benihana Japanese restaurant chain, and sister Devon is a famous model and actress.

He founded his own record label, Dim Mak (which has signed such artists as Bloc Party, Whirlwind Heat, Whitey and Neon Blonde), in 1996 and has also launched a Dim Mak clothing line.

Boys Boys Boys! is an indie pop band from Perth, Australia which consists of members Jade Foo, Alwyn Nixon Lloyd, Bridget Turner, Mike Murphy, Jerico Wallace and Daniel Grant. After making waves in the Perth music scene with their infectious sound, the band released their debut album Yes through Interia Records in March 2009. According to the band's website:
