Dud is a french local band, that hangs around Aix-en-Provence, near Marseille. Formed at the end of the last century, Dud mixes a lot of different influences from PJ harvey and the black keys to Nirvana, Noir désir and Bérurier Noir. Tailor Made for a Small Room are a Tokyo-based duo who specialize in lo-fi electronica, not dissimilar in style to the likes of Lullatone and 4 Bonjour's Parties. It comes as no surprise, then, to learn that one half of TMFASR also belongs to 4 Bon, while the other half is the singer for Lost in Found, winners of Japanzine's Gaijin Sounds 2008 competition. Both members are Japanese, though much of their work is sung in English.
