"Infected Mushroom" is an Israeli psychedelic trance (psytrance) DJ/LivePA duo who have attained significant popularity from the late 1990s to the present day. Formed by Erez Aizen (also known as I.Zen) and Amit Duvdevani (also known as Duvdev), in Haifa, Israel, the duo have earned a large international fan base. There is more than one artist with this name. 1) Ritualistic dark ambient project formed in 1997. Changed name (and musical style) to Psychonaut 75 in 2001. 2) Influenced by psychedelic experiences and meetings the trance-project PSYCHONAUT was born. Son Kite

Behind the successful production of Son Kite are Sebastian Mullaert and Marcus Henriksson. With different origins they got together in 1996 and are today working full time as producers in their High-Hat Studio in Malmoe, Sweden. What has made Son Kite such a success? Here’s a little view of their backgrounds that has for sure shaped them as producers. Sebastian started to play the organ at the age of eight, which also led him on to taking piano lessons.

Tristan Cooke is a face that only needs to be introduced to those new on the circuit. Shpongle

The core members of Shpongle are Simon Posford and Raja Ram from the United Kingdom, along with many collaborators and guest musicians. Ott is also credited on all albums. Their sound is a mix of mainly eastern ethnic samples and western contemporary psychedelic synth music. Posford is responsible for the synth and studio work while Raja Ram contributes with flute arrangements. They are both responsible for the visionary input. According to one interview, they commonly visualize the music together before and during the creation process.

Neelix

Hamburg based artist Henrik Twardzik, better known as Neelix started to produce music in the early 1998.
After DJing for some years he finally decided to create his own sound. His first track he recorded was "Neelix - The Fourth", released on a NOVA TEKK compilation called Maverixx in 2002, which was followed by numerous releases on different labels from all around the globe. Until now Henrik has released 2 albums and many singles, his third album is already finished, mastered and was to be released on the 30th of March, 2009 on Millennium Records.

X-Dream are Marcus Christian Maichel (born May 1968) and Jan Muller (born February 1970); they are also known as Rough and Rush. They are producers of psychedelic trance music and hail from Hamburg, Germany. Although their music retains the 4/4 drum patterns of Goa trance music and has a dependence on riffs, X-Dream has a unique sounds different from most other artists in the genre. They are well-known for their high quality of production and well-placed psychedelic sounds.
