The Optimen

The Optimen are an Australian hip hop group, originating from Brisbane, Queensland.
The crew consisting of Sammsonite, Datsun, K-West and DJ Damage released their first album "02 Breath Control" in 2002. The album 02 Breath Control is a solid Hip-Hop journey with little emphasis on the battle style that seems to be so prevalent in Aus releases. They tend to focus on entertaining picture painting style tracks with solid but not too technical flows.

Die Antwoord

Formed in Cape Town, South Africa during Spring 2009, Die Antwoord is an afrikaans futuristic rap crew consisting of Ninja (Watkin Tudor "Waddy" Jones of MaxNormal.TV) and Yo-Landi Vi$$er. DJ Hi-Tek keeps the beats nice and dirty. The majority of their debut album, $O$, was released for free on the Internet in 2009 - Ninja also handed out free albums with hand-drawn artwork at live shows called $O$: Burnt By the Master.

Lord Finesse

Lord Finesse is a Hip Hop artist and producer, hailing from The Bronx, New York. In 1989, Finesse, and his former partner DJ Mike Smooth, signed to Wild Pitch Records, home to other popular Hip Hop artists like Gang Starr, Main Source, Chill Rob G, Percee P, and O.C.. In 1990, the duo released their debut album Funky Technician. He was hailed for his strong lyrical ability and clever punchline delivery. Big Boi

Antwan André Patton (born February 1, 1975 in Savannah, Georgia), better known by his stage name Big Boi, is an American Grammy Award winning rapper, producer, actor and half of the critically and commercially successful hip hop duo OutKast. Big Boi met André 3000 while attending high school in the 1980s and the two eventually joined forces as OutKast and signed with LaFace Records. After six successful albums as a duo they both decided to work on solo projects, and Big Boi's debut solo album Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty was released July 6, 2010.

Cypress Hill

Cypress Hill is an American hip hop group from South Gate, California. Cypress Hill was the first latino group to have platinum and multi-platinum albums and one of the first rap groups to gain a following with fans of alternative and hard rock music. The band was originally called DVX, but the name was changed after Mellow Man Ace left in 1988. Their first album, which was self-titled, was released in August 1991. Its single was "Phuncky Feel One," but it was the B-side "How I Could Just Kill A Man" (formerly "Trigga Happy Nigga") that attracted more airplay on urban radio and college radio.

Louis Logic started rapping at a young age but it wasn't until he attended Penn State in the mid/late 90s where he recorded his first release, "Logistics 101" which ended up being the B-side for his first 12 inch, "Planet Rock" featuring L-Fudge. Hakeem Seriki (born November 28, 1979 in Houston, Texas) is a Grammy Award nominated rapper, member of The Color Changin' Click and founder of Chamillitary Entertainment. Better known as Chamillionaire, he also uses nicknames such as The Mixtape Messiah, King Koopa, Color Changin' Lizard, Chamillinator, Chamillitary Mayne, Major Payne and The Truth From Texas. Jayceon Terrell Taylor (born November 29, 1979 in Compton, California), better known by his stage name Game (formerly The Game), is an American gangsta rapper. He rose to fame in 2005 with the success of his debut album, The Documentary, and his two Grammy nominations. Since then he has released two more critically acclaimed albums, 2006's Doctor's Advocate and 2008's LAX, which he claimed to be the final album he would release, but in mid-2009 he started recording The R.E.D. Album, which has been released on the 23rd of August this year(2011).
