They are back. Hot on the heels of the SOLD OUT run of Killjoy and General Electric album shows comes news of SHIHADs national tour in support of IGNITE their new album slated for a September 24th release through iconic rock label Roadrunner Records. Those in the know describe Ignite as harkening back to many of the original raw elements of Shihad the rumbling and slow spiralling heavy groove unfolding under the thick crackle of a duelling Telecaster and SG all underpinning Jon Toogoods engaging vocal. Joining Shihad on the Ignite tour to round out a smoking bill are Trial Kennedy and Black Devil Yard Boss (BDYB). Trial Kennedy barely need introduction after their incendiary debut album New Manic Art ripped through Australian rock airwaves in 2008; and word is TK will be playing cuts from an imminent new release.
