Ruch - also in <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Mayhem" class="bbcode_artist">Mayhem</a> and <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Satyricon" class="bbcode_artist">Satyricon</a>). They made two highly influential demos in the early 90's, Grymyrk and Trøndertun, but have only released one full-length album, since the band was founded, in 1989.
