Sam King is a singer/songwriter from Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He currently lives in Fayetteville, AR. In addition to his solo work, Sam is also in a band called "Fire Don't Care." Sam has two albums that he self-released: "The Baby & the Bathwater" and the aptly titled "Two." His songs may remind you of Iron & Wine's early albums (esp. Brian Deck's production on "Endless Numbered Days") or of the more sincere moments in Bonnie "Prince" Billy's work. But there's something more homespun in King's lyrics and his elegant textured guitar work is one of a kind.
