Dynamite MC

Born in Germany on 7 October 1973, Dynamite (real name Dominic Smith) started his MCing career on pirate radio station, Crush FM, broadcast in south west area during the early 90s. He met Roni Size in 1994 and began MCing for the Full Cycle crew. When the Bristol collective formed live band Reprazent, Dynamite shared vocal duties with singer Onallee. Their debut album New Forms won the Mercury Music Prize in 1997. Dynamite's role was greatly enhanced for Reprazent's second album, the strongly hip-hop influenced In The Mode (2000).

Spor

Twenty six year old Jon Gooch, known as ‘Spor’, has quickly risen to the forefront edge of Drum & Bass production. Spor, from Hertfordshire in England, got his name from a combination of one of the first folders of samples he obtained, entitled 'Spore Tactics', and a favorite piece of artwork by a friend. Graffiti outlining eventually meant he would drop the 'e' to leave a more balanced arrangement.

High Contrast

As a winner of the Essential Mix of the Year 2007 on BBC's Radio 1, the name High Contrast needs no introduction, although when a young Lincoln Barrett signed on the dotted line back in 2000 he was a complete unknown. Signed on the strength of his mini-disc demos, the Welsh wonder has smashed his way through the Drum & Bass scene in no time at all. His debut longplayer "True Colours" was released on Hospital to massive critical acclaim in June 2002...

Futurebound

From the very outset of dance culture, and right up to the present day, Brendan Collins, AKA DJ / Producer Futurebound, has steadily developed an almost unsurpassable reputation for tearing up dancefloors on a worldwide scale. Whether he’s destroying venues such as Fabric, Chibuku Shake Shake and Accelerated Culture, or in the studio, you know what you’re getting with ‘the sounds of the Futurebound’.

Dillinja, (also known as Capone, Cybotron, D-Type and Original Master), (real name Karl Francis) is a jungle and drum and bass DJ and producer from Brixton in South London. Arguably the most prolific producer on the scene, he set up Valve Recordings in partnership with long-term collaborator Lemon D, with whom he also designed and built the Valve Sound System, purported to be the most bass-heavy system in the world (contrary to rumour it is not the loudest). It is the only sound system designed and built for playing drum and bass.

DBridge

When you meet him in daylight D-Bridge is a laidback and calm fellow. But at night he turns out to be the producer of the grittiest and grimiest tunes in drum 'n' bass. Based in London, D-Bridge has literally helped to give birth to to the scene with a couple of seminal jungle classics. At the legendary Metalheadz sessions he learned to appreciate the best of both worlds: energy through bass. As a pioneer who has shaped the course of drum 'n' bass, he lays out his precise views on the up’s and down’s of the scene.

NeonLight

NEONLIGHT fusions two upcoming German drum and bass producers: Tobias Jakubczyk and Jakob Thomser notoriously known as NIZE5IVE & PITCH ’n’ SULPHUR. The two boys imbibed music with their mother’s milk let alone their fathers who already played together in a band. The love for Drum&Bass has welded them together since the end of the 90s. Sequencers and DnB-producing lead to their first audible successes and were already tested in DJ-sets. Very good feedback has motivated NIZE5IVE & PITCH ‘n’ SULPHUR to get their music going.
