There are several artists with that name: 1.) Steve Kielty has been involved in both production and engineering since the inception of drum & bass back in 1993/94 when he kicked off his musical career as a studio engineer. Around this time he paired up with Roy McCabe under the guises of Akustic Research and Banaczech and released on the prolific Vinyl Addiction and Partisan Recordings between 1995 and 2003. Having taken a break from drum & bass to work as studio manager for London's West Row Studios, Steve re-emerged in 2005 under the alias Survival.

Utah Jazz

Luke Wilson’s career started in the mid 90's, when he began to DJ and learn the production ropes with DnB legend Alex Reece. Several years later, the trademark, solo Utah Jazz sound was born leading to a release for Hospital Records and a large number of tracks on Liquid V. In 2006, Utah Jazz received widespread international acclaim with his remix of Roni Sizes classic, “It’s a jazz thing”. Thanks to support from dance music heavyweights Zane Lowe, Annie Mac, Pendulum, Andy C and Grooverider, chart success soon followed, with the remix reaching number 1 in the Radio 1 charts.

As one of the commanding producers and DJs in the Hungarian scene, Chris.SU among others has put his country on the map of drum and bass. His first international break through was the track "Astro-Sine" with the well-known techno-sample "My house is your house", in 2002 on Trace's label DSCI4. D-Bridge AKA Darren White's first introduction into the music scene was in 1992, when he formed 'Sewage Monsters' with his older brother (signed to MCA and Island Records as 'Steve Spacek'). After releasing one 12" on their own label, they disbanded; and Darren went on to work with 'Armshouse Crew' of 'We Are E' fame... this was to last for a further two years. In 1995 Darren met Jason Maldini through a mutual friend and was soon to be working alongside him at Trouble On Vinyl.

Makoto

There are at least two artist with name Makoto: 1. Based in Tokyo, Makoto Shimizu, better known as simply Makoto, is Japan's chief Drum & Bass ambassador. After completing an Acoustic Engineering major at Nippon University, Makoto first signed with LTJ Bukem's legendary Good Looking Records back in 1999.
Since then he has gone from strength to strength, releasing a long string of quality music in the form of singles and EP's, but also on the famous 'Earth' and 'Progression Sessions' compilation albums.

Hailing from a small town in Belgium, Netsky (real name: Boris Daenen) is one of the most promising upcoming producers of the moment. London Elektricity

London Elektricity (aka Tony Colman) has become a byword for groundbreaking 'fast soul music', ramming venues, destroying drum & bass crowds, leaving huge smiles from the Big Chill to Glastonbury and beyond, London Elektricity Live has always been 'out of this world'. The LE saga began way back in '96, and up until 2002 LE was a double-act. Tony Colman and Chris Goss made their mark in 98 with the epic Song In The Key Of Knife, and subsequent critically acclaimed debut album Pull The Plug. In 2002 Tony took on the project solo, as Chris concentrated on taking the NHS empire to the next level.
