Oyster Lux is a Melbourne/Sydney based catering company specialising in freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters, Pacific Oysters, Cloudy Bay Clams and Polanco Caviar. We deliver a roaming culinary experience at private and corporate events punctuated by warmth, sophistication and charm.
Founder Pete Hilcke launched Oyster Lux in 2018 after escalating requests for the introduction of oysters at events in more exciting, memorable ways. In reimagining this experience, Pete fused his dedication as a specialist in seafood with his focus on the art of service.
Hand-delivering delicacies is an art form - it creates an intimate and elevated dining experience. It's a conversation piece and a conversation starter. Each Oyster Lux team member is well equipped with an education in the history of each appetizer and characteristics of our raw bar offering, which are all sourced from world-class suppliers.
We have been collaborating with leading brands since 2010 to deliver successful dining experiences ranging from Mumm Champagne (Melbourne Cup Birdcage) and Crown Casino to private events within guests' homes.
