Born in Darwin in 1996, Sahara moved with her family to the Sunshine Coast when she was one. Her unique voice and perfect pitch came apparent at a very early age when she knew every song of her kid’s movies off by heart. Singing lessons and the piano and later the guitar and the trumpet was just a natural progression. When she was just 13 she impressed the remarkable local musician, Harii Bandhu, by spontaneously getting up and singing with him at her Dad’s birthday party. What followed was a beautiful musical relationship.
