Scorching Winter is a rock/metal band based in Melbourne, Australia. The band started out as a collaboration between guitarist Rafael Katigbak and Nick James. Bassist Mirko Grbic later on joined the band to solidify their rythm section. In Jan 2013, the band appoints classically trained singer/songwriter Kirsten Moore as lead vocalist. After filling in on the band's first gig, keyboardist Janine Stark joins the band permanently to complete the lineup.
