What is Audienceware?
Audienceware is what we call the software and hardware platform we use to manage audiences and help others do the same.
There's no great mystery here, it's just a selection of content management, marketing automation and business intelligence tools, running in the cloud, but unlike a typical IT solution where you're on you own, this comes as a managed Tools, Data, People bundle. The result is a shared communications network for business and consumer audiences, ideal for tourism, leisure and music industries but equally applicable to serving the needs of any customer oriented organisation.
